Called Northshore in Knoxville, TN. Attempted to order a pizza.
Internet was busy would not accept order..(not unusual)
Manager pickup the phone identify myself, informed him I had rewards membership. Was told either order pizza on line or go somewhere else. I went somewhere else.

I was accosted by drug addled customers as well as the employee at the register at 1am. DONT GO THERE AFTER MIDNIGHT. ITS DANGEROUS. I will be filing reports with corporate and the police.

I recently had the misfortune of revisiting the convenience store where I used to work, and it’s somehow even worse than I remember. If you’re looking for a quick and easy shopping experience, avoid this place at all costs.
When I worked here, it was already a nightmare. The store was a mess, and the management couldn’t care less. The other employees were more interested in their phones than doing their jobs. This time, I saw the same crew still glued to their screens, completely ignoring customers who clearly needed assistance. It’s like they’re allergic to eye contact and basic human interaction.
During my time there, I witnessed the rampant laziness firsthand. Breaks would turn into hour-long gossip sessions while the store went to hell in a handbasket. Stocking shelves and cleaning? Forget it. They couldn’t even be bothered to ring up customers properly. And if you dare ask for help, you’ll get a sigh and a glare before they reluctantly shuffle over to assist, all while never looking up from their phones.
The absolute worst part, though, is the pervasive issue of sexual harassment. It was bad when I was there, and it’s clear nothing has changed. I heard stories from my former coworkers about inappropriate comments and behavior from certain staff members that management always turned a blind eye to. It’s a toxic environment that made me dread every shift, and it’s horrifying to see that those issues are still rampant.
In summary, this store is a disaster from top to bottom. The employees are lazy, unhelpful, and glued to their phones. Even worse, the management tolerates and perpetuates a culture of harassment and disrespect. Spare yourself the grief and shop somewhere—anywhere—else.

Stopped in on a Sunday with no food available on the grill. I understand your putting in a new kitchen but serve people until then! Your losing my business and a lot of other people's.

This location is never open. Supposed to be open 24 hours, but we have been during the day, 1130pm, and 330 am and its always closed. Not a soul in sight. And when it is open the workers , especially food loss.seem lost and confused. Its sad its the only location off Northshore at night and now its hit or miss that its open. And its supposed to be serving food out of where Wendys was, how? The doors cant consistently stay open, gonna be a setup for loss especially food loss.

They must be permanently closed. Stopped after work last night and tonight at 11:30 PM and it’s locked up with the lights off. Google needs to fix the 24 hour status if they are still open at all. Guess I am a weigels customer now, rewards were useless anyways.

I stopped here to get gas on March 29, 2023.I'm 100% sure I pushed for 87 octane gas (that's what I always use), but I was actually charged for 93 octane! I was in a hurry and didn't realized it until after I got home and looked at the receipt. There should be camera footage of me pushing the 87 as proof.The pumps here are either broken or rigged.Beware!! Don't go to this gas station!![I submitted a complaint via caseys.com/contact, but I still have not heard a peep. It has been 3 weeks.]
