This company is GREAT from start to finish. They have affordable pricing and quality movers! When I saw some of the bad reviews, I was a bit worried. I still took the chance because this was the company that had availability for my move. I am so happy I took the chance and got to experience a Good Time lol. With moving, ANYTHING can happen, Good Time took the right steps and took care of me all steps of the way.

These people called by disabled veteran friend the night before they were suppose to move her stuff, and tried to double her cost. When she refused, they canceled her job. They took a third of the only as down payment, but said she had no contract with them. They are bate and switch company and have a "f" with the bbb. This was done to her on Vetetans day.

3 hours late, dropped boxes, banged furniture into walls, stole property, performed in a VERY unprofessional manner and when complaint was made it was ignored and they tried to just go ahead and charge us without addressing anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I keep trying to get them to acknowledge the issues and they just keep threatening to send the police. I have told them I just want an appointment set up and I would pay. I just want something in writing saying it will be addressed, and I just get threats.

We’re done with this so-called moving company. They use contractors so these people don’t directly work for the company. Also, I’m telling you now don’t do business with these people. They expect you to just give them your credit card information over the phone instead of using an online payment system. You don’t know who the hell these people are and trust is NOT given it’s earned! There’s no reason why any business today shouldn’t be using a payment system for customers security.. Be on the safe side and find another company that cares about running a stellar business that provides secure payment options for its customers and quality service. Mitchell Movers is a way better option.

I have only great things to say about Good Time Moving. They showed up on time and workded hard the whole time. The guys had a great attitude and were very careful and put my furniture together. Connie in Custome Service was amazing. I wanted to move my date up to have furniture delivered 3 days early and she made it happen with no issues. No suprise charges and were cheaper than any of the other company I contacted. If you need affordable and professional movers I highly recommened Good Time Moving. They will not dissapoint.

Easy to book a few days in advance, they moved all my stuff efficiently and without damaging anything. Compared to my last move, these guys were incredible.

Called to request a quote for a single item to be moved and was quoted $250 on the phone...then received an email stating the cost would be $700...called immediately (one minute later) and stated we did not agree to that and canceled. They went ahead and charged our card for $250, provided no services, and stated the amount was non-refundable.I would not recommend this business at all.
