Stopped in when I was shopping at another store. Inquired about getting 2 knots out of a necklace and Bill Patty was very nice and he was able to get the knots out quickly when I had been trying forever. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend for jewelry repair.

My experience was lovely today. I came in to have a ring cut off due to some unexpected health issues. I was treated with compassion and care. It is a rarity to experience this level of customer service. I highly recommend!

I wanted to create a special wedding band. I brought in a picture of my grandfather’s ring which is 50 plus years and they were able to create almost an exact match of his ring. The process was professional and smooth. I will be returning customer in the future.

I visited Gemstone Designs Fine Jewelers and met Bill Patty this week. I brought in 9 rings to be resized because I have arthritis in my hands and my knuckles are swollen. He provided me with the price to resize the rings (one size up) but then they would be loose once they passed over my knuckle. Then he showed me the windex trick. I can now wear these rings and saved over $1,300! In addition he cleaned my wedding ring at no cost and it looks amazing! I’m so happy to have discovered this gem. They do beautiful custom jewelry, repairs and appraisals. I will definitely be back!

He did a great job. I wanted to have a pendant added to my cross necklace. That I already had. I wanted to combined the two. So I could wear them both at the same time. So he had to designed it for me. It was perfect. I could not be happier and will definitely use him again.

I have over 30 years experience in jewelry work. However, time has caught up with me and I am no longer able to do everything. When I need outside assistance, the only place I go is Gemstone Designs. They are true professional jewelers and are capable of tackling any project. Their prices are always fair and the workmanship is first rate. I've referred customers to them before and will continue to do so.

Amazing and quick work to repair a bracelet that had been broken for years. I brought it in to have one spot I knew was broken and when the repair was done, they informed me that FIVE areas had been repaired. The repair was also made with a stronger material than the original so we won't have to worry about future breakage. The service was incredibly attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Took my grandma's necklace in for a repair. They were very transparent. Told me me it was very worn and would likely break again. Still had it done since it's a sentimental piece. They did such a good job. Very happy.
