If you’re thinking about using them for PSA submissions, just don’t and go directly through PSA. I know it’s a no brainer, but for peace of mind just avoid GameStop. Cards were listed as ready for pickup, apparently not because they need to process out through a manager, which for some reason isn’t always there, so now you’re on their time. Also, what’s to say that once the cards leave your hands and they take them to the back to “lock in a safe,” that they’re not just swapping them out, either before they leave or after they arrive? Again, just avoid completely.

The staff is very good and friendly. They definitely provide valuable customer service. Items diversity and availability on site is very limited, likely due to the store size.

This store might be worse than the DMV. Went to go pick up a game, took 45 minutes to to get to the cashier (there was only one customer in front of me), and after asking for the game the cashier told me i couldnt have it, because it was in boxes right beside the register.
It isnt even the employees fault likely. They literally are so understaffed that it is impossible to buy a game there.
Never again.

I came into gamestop today looking for OnePiece funkos to finish my collection. Your associate told me he will not put the chase variations on the salesfloor and keeps them hidden in the back. There also was so many boxes blocking any of the product I could not even shop around.
The fact that your associate today admitted to hiding the sought after chases instead of giving shoppers the chance is absurd to me.
I am a pro member and will never return to this location.

Absolutely will not answer the phone, it doesn’t matter when I call or how many times, nor what day. I’ve been in that store plenty and never seen them busy, I mean it’s GameStop, of course they aren’t busy. I just want to ask a simple question so I know if the 30 minute drive to the store is going to be a waste of gas or not. I’ve never been so frustrated with a business.

This place is so useless, I ordered a game on June 27th, I paid for same day shipping, here it's is the 29th now and my order is still on waiting for pickup, and everytime I try to call I keep getting a machine saying "sorry this store is experiencing technical difficulties please call later" and then hangs up

The idiot behind the counter today 3/24 at 2pm we were In line for 30 minutes because he can't figure out how to do a return then when we finally get to the counter to purchase our games gives us the incorrect games and wouldn't sell me the game with out showing my ID even tho I am a grown man clearly not under age having a beard and looking 40 the guy had to call support over the phone multiple times because he dosnt know hot to do his dam job

3-4 employees working during Christmas season in a store packed with customers, and they have exactly one register open, despite there being 3 registers sitting at the counter? Management needs a little boost at this location. Otherwise, it's a GameStop. Lots of good games at reasonable prices. Expect to wait in line awhile. Took me 15 minutes to check out once I made it to second in line, because management allowed a customer to keep walking back and forth through the store, adding to his order. It was insane, given the long line behind me.

I am writing this review so that others will know of the unfair business practices at GameStop.I went to this location on Black Friday and bought some pre-owned switch games. When I get home I noticed the cashier sold me additional warranties for my games without asking me. I called the store and spoke with Isaiah the manger and explained what happened. He assured me I could come in anytime to get my money back.When I go back to the store to get my refund they refused to give it to me as Isaiah was off that day and the guy at the register was new. He told me to come back tomorrow when Isaiah was working. I explained I live an hour away and came back just for this. All they would do is give me the customer service number.
