“My husband and I worked with Donovan and he did a fantastic job. My husband and I had some differences of opinion on design and Donovan figured out how to meet us in the middle (while making us both compromise and come out comfort zone for the better of the style) - he came to our home and designed our living, screen porch, and master bedroom spaces - taking into consideration our living needs (young kids). 8 months later of living in our furniture we are sooooo comfortable in our main living spaces he helped us with. What he did - was also offer us brands outside of their sales floor. And we brought him ideas from online and he worked with us to get the styles we wanted while making similar recommendations within budget preferences. (We varied on budget preferences depending on which furniture piece we were wanting). Recently, we went to Braden’s and Donovan again for outdoor furniture and he helped us design our outdoor space working within our (realistic!) budget — our experience has been amazing and they offer all brands - you just have to ask. Also - they help design the space. 5 out of 5 experience.”

“If there was a way to give this gentleman at the Backyard Store In Knoxville more than five stars, I would, I live out of town and had several issues with my swim spa and I live four hours away, from the very beginning when I called Jonathan PINCHAK He was absolutely the most helpful person I had ever dealt with, even though he had never met me, several times I would call him and ask him something and he would get information to me back about my unit that I had here cause I cannot get any answers from my store where I live, he had nothing to gain except extremely wonderful customer service and you could tell he wanted to go way beyond what a lot of people would do to help me
I would say that again, giving him five stars are not enough. I have dealt with people for 30 years in my business and I have never seen anyone with better customer service courtesy and willing to help someone just because they needed information but yet they did not buy the swim spa from them. Thank you so much, Jonathan. you’re definitely a cut above.

“Chimay beer is hard to find and I come here to get it. Its incredible beer made by monks and Belgium. They dedicate their life to work and prayer. Proceeds go to charities in the area. I also can mochi a Taiwanese candy on the way put. I love their little itally section. The prices are very reasonable considering their global supply chains can be expensive and complex. I enjoy talking to the really nice employees that work there. I'll be back for more chimay and Christmas gifts.”
