I love this store mainly because of their deli options and their staff is very helpful. But sometimes I walk in and the store smells bad but other than that it's great. Their fruits and veggies are always fresh and their displays are full and eye-catching and the prices are better than Kroger.

Most of my weekly visits are uneventful however, the last time I shopped I had an older cashier that I hadn’t seen before. Usually as I approach checkout they will greet you and ask for your value card. This cashier looked like she was disgusted to see me in her checkout. She never said a word to me. I asked if she wanted my value card. She abruptly took my keys out of my hand and scanned it. I left the store thinking what just happened? Don’t foodcity have a standard training session for new hires? The customer service industry doesn’t need sour, generally unhappy people working on the front end of the store
