I was having a hard time finding somewhere to fill a prescription from my vet and I needed it asap. I stopped by here and they not only had everything I needed but offered to mix everything together for me which made it much easier because it was a complicated mix. By far the most helpful experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Will be visiting here going forward.

This pharmacy is amazing! I don’t feel like just a number here. Staff is professional, polite, and works hard to serve customers. I’m not a fan of Food City as a grocery store, but I will go out of my way to come here because the service is exceptional.

Transferred prescriptions here after a bad experience with the rude pharmacist at Kroger. The pharmacist here Allison is polite and patient! Will return for sure!

I've been going to this Food City for well over a decade, and the quality has been consistent throughout those years. Be it the employees, the food, the value. First off, the service. Over the course of many years it's been consistently helpful, courteous, and friendly. The folks in the meat department have always been receptive to any requests, same with the people in the bakery. They make amazing baked goods! Also, their meat department may be the best in the area. I've tried many other grocery stores around, and none are even close. All of their products are fresh, and reasonably priced.

I have lived in Knoxville for 24 years an have always shopped at Food City... Really wish the old one was still open.. It was closer to home.. The employees are nice an helpful.. Management not so... I still like the store an plan on Food City Shopping....

Food City Pharmacy staff rock's. No wait awesome staff, and they care! Nothing like CVS and Walgreens. I went to food city pharmacy even when my insurance wouldn't pay there!

This Food City is really nice and big with a great selection. the produce is always fresh and the prices are good, not great, but good. The pricing is on par with a Kroger and are comparable with their selections. Food City is getting better with their organic selections, not a fantastic selection, but it is growing and I love seeing this. They also are getting a growing selection of Gluten Free items. My wife is Gluten Free and we do shop there. She always finds something new, and the prices is on par with the other big chains. The meats are always fresh and I have never had a bad experience with any meats I've purchased there. The butcher there is on point and is really helpful and is quick to answer any questions you may have. Choice cuts are fresh and the prices are fantastic and are some of the best prices on meat in the area. The restrooms, are alright, not the cleanest but will do in a pinch. The store itself is always clean and I have never seen any crud on the floor, dirty items (Dust etc.) or damaged products. All in all, it is a great place to shop and my wife and I shop here often.
