First time to a Food City. It was awesome! Courteous and helpful staff. Most of all they had my favorite item in stock that has been missing from shelves all over Louisville since the pandemic started. I will not divulge the item as I don't want to give away my secret stash. I plan on making a second stop on my way back through now that I also have a shoppers card!!!! Woo freaking Hoo!!!! How can they have that much in stock when it is sold out in every other state I have been in? Life long lover of Food City!!!!! #HolyGrail

My son takes medication everyday, so I'm always at food City pharmacy. They make sure medications are filled , they're very courteous , and friendly.

Not the biggest store nor does it have the widest selection. But the workers here almost without exception are as friendly and helpful as I've found anywhere. Instead of pointing in a general direction in response to a query as to where an item is, they will always take time to go with you if they have the least doubt about your finding it, and without any trace of resentment. Those who have seen me there will usually nod and smile. A good staff makes up for a lot.
