The store is never open. They don’t go by their posted hours. It’s very frustrating. Not sure why they even stay open. It doesn’t seem like they want to be open. Shame because it’s a cute store.

I love this store! It's full of unique women's clothing and jewelry. Much of the jewelry is created in-house. Friendly people and fun atmosphere. You must visit this little gem of a shop if you're ever in Market Square.

I had the best experience shopping here. The retailers assisted me beyond any experiences I’ve ever had. They brought me many options and sizes — and it expanded my style too!

Walked in and was not greeted by the woman folding shirts near by. Was also ignored by a young lady that walked by me. Cute clothes but will not spend my money there due to the lack of courtesy.

I totally get why they’re looking for help. The women working there are totally rude. We came from out of town, staying at the Hilton, and so Fizz is within walking distance. At first glance I thought it was cute, but it’s just a bunch of OVERPRICED wanna be bohemian clothing. But that would be okay if the staff was worth anything. When we walked in they stopped their conversation literally mid-word looked at me and my husband and just *glared*. We didn’t look bad or poorly dressed so I don’t understand why they glared. We walked through the store and neither of the employees said a word. Just stared at us uncomfortably. It was absolute dead silence in the store and super uncomfortable. We went to walk out of the store due to discomfort and said “have a good day” and they still didn’t say a word.Good customer service goes a long way.

My favorite clothing store ever! The owner is great and the more I shop the more I find! I’m finding that most my tops come from Fizz!

I've been shopping at Fizz for a year. Up until my recent unpleasant experience, it was my favorite local jewelry store. The staff is wonderful and exuberant. I usually feel welcomed every time I visit! I'm going to miss their laughter and smiles.I had the unfortunate experience of meeting the owner for the first time. The day before this interaction, I went into the boutique with my husband. I found a lovely pair of $38 earrings and a gorgeous $40 necklace. However, the necklace wasn't quite right. I was told by the associates to come back the next morning. They told me the owner could create a modified piece. I've purchased 5-6 pieces from Fizz in the last month, so I was excited to finally meet the owner of a business I deeply admired! When I visited the next morning, the owner & I discussed the details of the piece. She was calm and helpful. I gave her my contact information, so she could call me when it was finished.Next, I asked if I could use the fitting room to try on some pants I bought from the boutique across the street. Their fitting room is closed due to Covid-19. To be clear, no one owes me a "yes", but her mood soured, her face wrinkled up, and I could hear the passive-aggressive disdain dripping from the owner's voice, "No, I don't want to do that." Then she walked off.I could understand being a bit frustrated if I was a random person off the street, but I was a guaranteed paying customer. I had to wait for the necklace, and the last time I'd requested a modification on a piece, the woman working put it together quickly, so I figured it would be no harm to let me try on the new pants I had bought.I'd planned to try to match some tops from Fizz that I'd had my eyes on for weeks with the pants. I walk everywhere and didn't want to walk home, try the pants on, and then walk back to Fizz and the other boutique (assuming the pants didn't fit) when I could just stay in Market Square. We're still in a pandemic, so I'd hoped people would be a little more flexible right now.I left the store in a daze because I wasn't sure how to react. I ended up trying on my new pants in the bathroom of a local health shop that I frequent. They happily let me use the bathroom!I talked to a few people who work in Market Square about the incident and realized I wasn't wrong to feel severely uncomfortable. Feeling validated, I went back to Fizz and talked to the cashier. I informed her that what I was about to say was not her fault. I explained why I had asked to use the fitting room. I also told her not to worry about the necklace.I don't think I'll ever go back again because it'd be too uncomfortable. I've never written a negative Google review in my life, but it hurt to be treated like that. I cried afterward. I thought maybe the owner was having a bad day, but I talked to other local businesses and a few people told me that the owner has a habit of subtly making people feel small. If I could return all the jewelry I'd previously bought from the store I would do it for free. I have no ill-will in my heart, but I'm disappointed. I understand that the owner could be a loving wonderful person in general, so I'm not making a judgment on her as a whole, only speaking of my singular experience. My mental health has been poor recently, so I had wanted to treat myself to something special. I will have to find somewhere else.Edit: The Owner responded to my review. I didn't know it would take 24 hrs, but I have no complaints about the time. I had a cardigan/pants. I wanted to look at tops to go with them. When I asked to use the dressing room you responded harshly. I hadn't selected anything yet since we were discussing the custom jewelry near the front of the store. I was going to grab a few shirts I saw yesterday omw to the fitting room. If you felt my request was rude, you could've said no kindly. It was a request, not a demand. I would've clarified that I was going to shop for Fizz tops.

My sister, Brenda, took me to Fizz on Friday, December 20th. I am not much of a shopper but my sister is. BUT, if I lived in TN, Fizz would change that! I had so much fun trying on their unique clothes. Why was it fun? Because the ladies working that evening took a personal interest in me and made me feel special. I've never ever had that much fun shopping!

Fizz has been a long time favorite of mine for shopping fashion and jewelry. Several of my best friends shop there as well. We love to go together and make a day of it! The staff is always helpful and willing to give advice on how items fit or offer suggestions to make a whole outfit. I appreciate that when buying a shirt, that there are always pants or skirts to match available. This is a full service boutique. They also have camisoles, bralettes, socks and hosiery. The store has sizes for everyone. I am a size 16 and I never have a problem finding clothing in Fizz. My one very good friend is a size 6 and she always finds things there too. Sometimes they are even the same brand. Thank you Fizz for being on Market square and offering such a diverse array of fashion for myself and my friends.
