HONESTY that is Rare these days
I dropped my car off at Fisher in West Knoxville for an alignment after some front end work was performed by Autoworks of Knoxville (the best repair shop in Knoxville).
I left the car and called to pay the bill on the phone since I was going to pick up the car after closing time.
I was surprised to hear “NO CHARGE”. Why I asked? “Well when we got it up on the rack it didn’t really need an alignment. It was pretty close and we just tweaked it a little bit.”
They say Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking. They could easily have charged me for an alignment that I didn’t need and I would have paid for it without question.
Other shops claim to be honest and choose names that imply they adhere to Christian values. Actions are more important than words. Fisher is the name that I remember for tires and service.

Got an oil change and drive 2 miles after brie getting a check engine light. Went back, they read the code and cleared it. Drive another shirt drive and light came back. They read the code again but could not clear it. they told us to clean mass airflow sensor and we did. The light remained. After much research, we checked the oil cap and it was loose. A simple fix and something they should have checked before sending us on our way. They were apologetic, and tried to resolve it, so I'll give a 4 for customer service.

Can’t thank these guys enough for the honest work they did on my car. Had several other shops quote me triple the price for repairs. Not only did the cost come in lower they took $100 off what I was originally quoted after discovering an alignment wasn’t necessary after the repair. They earned my business in the future for any other car needs.

I have been using Fisher Tire for as much of my auto repair and tires as possible for over 15 years. They are great people who do reliable work at a good price.

Fisher tire does good, honest, dependable work. Took my truck here to get front rotors resurfaced and brake pads put on. Was quoted almost $400 by competitor down the road, was only $260 tax and all with Fisher and they had me done in a few hours.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Fisher Tire in west Knoxville this morning. I went to two other places this morning and they couldn’t help me. Fisher tire got me right in, rotated and balanced my tires, and did an alignment, all in a timely manner.

My father did business with this company back in the ‘70’s. I’ve traded with them for the last 30 years. First class operation. Tires, alignment, radiator flush, transmission service, always reliable, dependable services. If I didn’t change my own oil, I’d take it to Fisher as well. The last set of tires I had replaced by them were trouble free on my truck since 2014. 10 years.

Noticed a bolt in my tire on my lunch break, took it straight to Fisher Tire. They repaired my tire and had me in and out within 20 minutes. When I went to pay my bill, they told me there was no charge. I have been to this place a few times and will continue to go back. Great customer service and very knowledgeable!
