If I could give this business as a whole a -1, I would (Not this particular branch) To start off with my bank account (since I have been banking with them) has been hacked into numerous times without as much as an email or a notice. I’ve found out each time by me going to purchase something and it being declined. This last time my mom’s account was hacked into and not only did they shut hers down but mine as well!!! To make matters worse I work while the banks are open so I’m not able to get a new card. These people have left me stranded with no money or way of means to get a new card, when it pertained nothing to me.

First Tennessee Bank is one of the worst banks I've done business with. The staff is courteous and professional but that's the only positive thing I have to say about this bank. Their online system is not the most reliable though it has gotten somewhat better in the last year. But doing things online like adding an outside account for transfers is next to impossible. Their system just does not do what it's supposed to do. I'm currently trying to add an outside account and on my 3rd attempt this week. This bank just seems to be much slower electronically than the rest of the world. Looking for help in their FAQ's is no help. They're written for idiots of something. We've had errors by the bank in deposit amounts that have resulted in real headaches and much work on our end to get them resolved. All of this and they still charge us a monthly fee for the pleasure of dealing with all of this. Things just seem to be a real pain to get done with this bank sometimes. We're now looking around at other local banks to move all of our accounts to when we have time.
