Karen went above and beyond. She responded to every question or concern extremely quickly and competently. She walked me through the entire process and exhausted all opinions to ensure we got the loan we needed at a competitive rate. She would email, text, and/or call as appropriate, which I appreciated.

First Horizon is very UN-user friendly. The website is buggy, there is no search and information is hard to find. Their phone system will often disconnect you. It's so frustrating. The employees are short staffed and their phones often roll over to the 800 number which again will often just disconnect you. You have to come in person for so many bank processes that should be online. And their fees are high.

Had a really bad experience today with some employees working there. I'm having issues with fraud on my account and they did not seem to care at all or want to provide help. I have been here before and a young lady went above and beyond to help me but the staff on Saturday were really rude. Considering closing my account with them soon.

I’m a first horizon customer and had called asking if I could get a car title notarized. Was told I could however when I showed up I was turned away. Bad customer service all round.

Been a customer for 17 years in NC. This branch ONLY was not friendly and treated me like I was bothering them. No greeting, etc.

This branch is the worst!! EVERY TIME I come here I sit in the drive-through for at least 30 minutes, and that's w 1 car in front of me. You get to the teller and no one addresses you for at least 15 minutes. EVERY TIME!!! Absolutely pathetic!! The branch manager should be re-evaluated.

We just moved back to Knoxville and I either lost my card or it was stolen. Anyway, we went to the closest branch to our hotel and we prepared for for a long battle and a week or so to get a new card. We were in and out within 15 minutes and a new card. Nathan was nothing but professional and fun at the same time. Give him a raise. Anyway, I have been with them for over 20 years and I have tried others but always seem to come back to First Tennessee Horizon.

So many options to manage your money. If you're wanting to invest in something no one who care about your investment. First Horizon, please avoid. First horizon? Expect to be on hold for at least 30 minutes at least get a hold of someone. Excellent place to keep your money. However, I am highly disappointed in the treatment I have received, I cant get a hold people when I need to.
