Had a great experience at Service Street today:) I had gone there about 3 years ago for an oil change, and then started going somewhere closer to my house. I called yesterday to schedule an oil change...and the manager Nate remembered me! From 3 years ago! That made me really happy:) He remembered my car, (because it had been leaking oil severely at the time!) and he even reminded me that when I came in 3 years ago, I bought a 5-pack of oil changes, and I still had 4 left!!! Haha:) So, awesomely, I went in this morning and got an oil change. It took about 15 minutes and the guys were so nice:)

The Service Street team is great! Every step of the process in having our van worked on was exceptional. They allowed us to make an appointment and communication was great! Our repair was done promptly and we haven't had any issues since.

They were able to work me in and get the repair done same day, even on a busy Saturday. Very friendly and efficient service. Will definitely be back in the future for any needed repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my vehicle in with 2 new tires that needed to be exchanged with 2 bad tires that were on my vehicle. The service took some time and after they got done the mechanic switched out the wrong tire on the vehicle and left the dangerous split tire on my vehicle. Seems like no attention was paid to my specific instructions that needed to be done. So I came back the same day and still waited 2 hours before they ever touched my vehicle to change out the dangerous split tire with the older good tire they messed up on. I don't give second chances when I can go to another tire place that will do the job right the first time! Never again coming here! Only positive thing about my experience was the service lady Destini, she was very polite and helpful.

I took my car here 4 months ago to get a O2 sensor fixed, oil change and to get my tires rotated. They charged us that lovely ridiculous price to diagnose my car even though we told them we did a scan of my car at auto zone and said it was my 02 sensor. It took them over a week to look at my car. Someone had egged my car and they said they would clean it ( would have been a nice touch but they waited to last second just run it through a car wash that did nothing to clean it ). When I went to pick it up they said all good. Started driving it my engine kicked on immediately. Took it back they said they may have forgot to reset it but it also could be that my 02 sensor needs to be changed. (Wait that's what I took it in for!) I was flabbergasted. I was pretty livid but left. Almost $500 to do absolutely nothing but destroy my car. Within a matter of weeks my car started to break down. I'm pretty sure they screwed it up especially with all the posts of other people having very similar issues. Avoid coming to this place unless you want to be ripped off with extremely high prices and have your car with way more damage than what you had. I had to trade my car out. They screwed it up so bad.

Went in for unscheduled oil change and was out in 30 minutes. Friendly and cordial front desk personnel. They also took time to point out some repairs that may be needed soon.

Do not service your vehicle here. We had dropped our vehicle off on Saturday at 7:30am to get all 4 brakes changed and to figure out what a certain noise is coming from. They called us once that Saturday morning to let us know that the breaks would be $500 and they are still trying to figure out where the noise is coming from. We never heard back from them and had to call them MONDAY morning to see what is going on with our vehicle. They told us that it was ready and to fix the problem would cost $1900 but we opted out of that to get a second opinion. When we went to pickup our vehicle, our bill ended up costing $900 AND that was only for the labor and parts for 2 BRAKES to be changed. I was not there when the bill was paid to question the charges. My first problem with this company is the lack of communication on what is happening with our vehicle. My second issue is how costly they are for their services. They should have let us know the cost of the services BEFORE they executed them so we can choose to opt out. We will not be returning to this company and I highly warn you to not go to them as well.

This place is an absolute rip off! I took my car here to try and get a window issue diagnosed. The back windows won’t go up or down with one of the back windows stuck in the down position. I was charged $200 just for them to LOOK at it!!!! Absolutely insane and a complete waste of money. Additionally, when they finally did tell me what the issue was, they wanted to charge me over $700! I called around and the prices for the issue was $190-$300. I’m not sure what kind of scam these people are running, but I won’t have any part of it. Please do not go here if you need any vehicle service.

For about 30 years I have used one local service center to have my car’s oil and filter changed. I know things have gone up in cost but I never expected this much. A regular oil change with a new filter has gone up over 48% to $54.95 for five quarts of oil and a regular filter. WOW!I last had my oil changed on 8/10/2. Since that time, we have driven our 2010 Honda Accord a total of 2478 miles. Most of that was to Walmart and back. So, after receiving a direct mail piece regarding oil changes and other minor car repairs and maintenance, I decided to search for a reputable company doing this kind of work to see how the two compared. The mail piece was from Service Street in Farragut. I went online to verify the information on the mailer and was surprised to find a coupon which could be applied to an oil and filter change. This coupon brought the cost of this service down to $24.95. Their website also allowed me to schedule an appointment to have the work done.Well, I could not pass this up so I made an appointment for the next day. I went to their location to get my oil and filter changed. The place was spotless and the folks at the desk were very helpful and professional. I told the gentleman I wanted the oil changed and a new filter installed and the tires rotated. I had to wait about twenty minutes in their lounge, which was very comfortable and clean. They provided coffee and cold water. They provide WIFI with clear instructions on how to access and sign on.Well, long story short. They did not recommend a tire rotation because there was no difference in tread wear from the front to rear on either side. They changed the oil and filter and sent me on my way. A very happy customer.I highly recommend this business. They treated me right and I’m sure they will you too!

Called for oil change was told to bring up right away. Arrived 10 mins later. After sitting for 10 mins, they told me "oil guy" had to run out for 45 mins. They promised he'd be back and my service would start in 44 mins. Like a sucker I waited. 50 mins later, nothing done. Didn't even come to explain. This place is a joke. Last time ever I will get played. I will pay the few bucks extra and hit Jiffy Lube.

If there were negative stars to give here I would. 1 star is being extremely generous.I brought my car in to have the AC looked at as it was blowing warm air. First off, just to tell me what was wrong they charge $159. Then they come back and say we need to do a system recharge and refill with freon (which I have no clue what it is). That cost is an additional $367, which brings my bill to $567 total. Not great but, if it fixes the issue then fine and lets move on. So after agreeing to this they come back out and say NOW, NOW after I have racked up $567 in fees already that they have found the REAL problem, and that problem is going to cost me $1400 for parts and labor in addition to money already paid. I ask what improvements we will see with the work already done with the system recharge and filling it up with Freon. The GM Sean said it will be a band aid, and we would be back in the same situation within a matter of days depending on how bad the leak is. As soon as I leave the lot, my car is still blowing hot air. When I bring it back, I am told that nothing can be done other than to pay them the additional $1400 to fix the issue, which would have brought our total bill to $2000. At best, this is one of the most absurd business models I have ever seen, to charge hundreds and hundreds of dollars and not even be able to tell someone what the real problem is, and say you have band aided the issue, and that not even be true. I understand paying like a fee to look at it, but $587 to be told now we know the real problem and its a $1400 fix is absurd. For comparison, to see if this was in line or if I was being "taken for a ride" I took the car to Auto Works of Knoxville to have them diagnose and quote what they could fix for if the diagnosis given to me by Service Street was accurate. Their quote to look at, diagnose, order parts, and labor came to $646.49, almost $1400 cheaper than what the entirety of the issue would have costed me to address with Service Street. Needless to say, Auto Works of Knoxville will be getting all of my business from here on out. Service Street, in my opinion, preys on people like me, and my wife, who know absolutely nothing about cars and what the parts and fixes cost, and up sales. The mere fact that another auto repair place in Knoxville can be given the same scope of work and turn out a bill roughly $1400 cheaper lends some validity to that statement.

Most overpriced shop I've ever encountered. I had taken the everything apart myself. All i needed was a wheel bearing pressed out and a new one pressed in. Got it done for $20 at another shop. They wanted $300 to just press a bearing out and new one in! That is taking advantage of people. 20 minutes worth of work. I would never take anything to this shop. I can buy the press for much less and do it myself.

First time using this business but will definitely go back. I had to go in to have a flat tire fixed and they were amazing! Didn’t have to wait long at all and then I wasn’t charged for the quick fix. It was a much needed blessing for me today.
