The delivery person constantly does not bring our packages up to the house. He/she leaves them at the bottom of the hill on our driveway. Yesterday, a package was left in the yard in the pouring rain! That same delivery person drives up to our neighbor's house to deliver packages and their driveway isn't paved!!! ... read full comment

For such a large company, it is the worst management I have ever had at a job.

They claim to have attempted delivery 3 times, even though I've been here the whole time and no note was left for me or anything (because they are lying). Had to call them 3 different times. They finally told me to go pick it up. What now nonsense awaits me next? Fed-ex sucks!
