The team here was great! Denisha was very kind and helpful and guided me through the process for getting multiple items printed with quick turn around time, and the team helped me with several questions I had. They also notified me when printing was ready for pickup. I really appreciate it!

The two worst customer service experiences of my life both happened at this location. The one that inspired this review is this: I was trying to print a single page shipping label just now & I came in right at closing which was not what I wanted, I was delayed multiple times & very frustrated by the whole thing already. I really hoped that since I was printing a SINGLE PICE OF PAPER on a SELF SERVICE machine that it wouldn’t be a big deal since it would take all of 40 seconds. Well the girl inside saw me coming and LITERALLY RAN TO THE DOOR TO LOCK IT BEFORE I COULD COME IN. I was like oh I just want to use your self service it will take 30 seconds, & laughing in my face the chick is like “sorry we close at seven”. Dude, I worked in retail for a decade and a half, sometimes you have to stay until 2 minutes after & it’s not a huge deal. I’m sure they could have found something to clean for the less than one minute self service thing I had to do. I will find another space to do my printing because this spot just really sucks at customer service.

I have been to this location a few different times and my experience has been nothing but stellar. Anytime a issue arose i was accommodated. As any issues that did come up were out of their control. But they still helped in any way they could to make sure i was happy. As someone that worked in customer service type jobs for many years i truly appreciate the extra mile. They were all kind and treated me with respect. I would highly recommend this location despite others experiences.

Awful service from the same guy everyone is complaining about (Eddie). I was treated like a fool, and inquiring about options such as “signature on delivery” felt like (I’m) pulling teeth. Why?The only saving grace was the store manager; she was normal and cordial. I am not asking for much, just normal decency.

Eddie at this location is very disrespectful and rude to his customers. I would not return to this location and would recommend no one else does as well as long as he has the attitude he had today when I interacted with him.

FedEx employees at this location are the best, professional and polite, the one that works on Saturdays needs some training on customer courtesy.

Went in there today to mail a package back. I received awesome customer service! The blonde lady (sadly I didn't catch her name) was the only one working and did an outstanding job multitasking even though she was suddenly slammed! She guided me through the process and even printed some things off for me!

The parking here is atrocious. There are 3 very obvious parking spots out front but if you park in one for 2 minutes an old toothless lady will appear and give you a $16 parking ticket for parking in a loading zone. There are 3 secret parking spaces behind the building on a one way street, with no signs to direct you to those spaces.

FedEx delivery service is garbage!! My package was delivered last Friday to the wrong address and scanned delivered to me when it wasn't. Their automated service is a complete joke right down to the whole service all together. I'm very unhappy and will not be using fedex for future use.

I give this 5 stars for one reason & one reason only. There's a blonde lady who's name I keep forgetting and a darker hair lady I met once who if they didn't work there I'd never come in here. One specific man, is SO rude I don't know how people deal with him. The blonde lady and I are basically friends now because of how sweet she is and how often I come in to package packages (which I wouldn't do if she weren't there she just makes my day!!!)
