I had forms on my phone to print, and I went to the Fedex on Cumberland specifically because they had helped in the past. Ron helped me, and the forms turned out perfect. Very friendly, efficient staff. Thank you!

The team here was great! Denisha was very kind and helpful and guided me through the process for getting multiple items printed with quick turn around time, and the team helped me with several questions I had. They also notified me when printing was ready for pickup. I really appreciate it!

Awful service from the same guy everyone is complaining about (Eddie). I was treated like a fool, and inquiring about options such as “signature on delivery” felt like (I’m) pulling teeth. Why?The only saving grace was the store manager; she was normal and cordial. I am not asking for much, just normal decency.
