Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Can’t seem to get a package delivered on time to save their lives. 6 packages over the past month have been forgot in local centers, delayed due to mistakes, and they always try to shirk blame on next person.

Lack of staff; Perhaps they needed"artificial intelligence" since the store was not attentive upon entry perhaps due to economy Corp greed ??

well, i never used fed ex before but i would try twice in a week. the first time i dealt with rhea who was excellent in packing a picture and printing my ebay slip to mail. very pleased with the procedure. the second time i dealt with i believe patsy. she was good also, although i was confused about the very high charge to ship to california. between the two of us, i should have asked before paying 143. oo ridiculous price as i almost ended losing on this. she did an excellent job of packing the picture, but the pricing could have been explained. i assume she thought i knew. i would recommend this fed ex by check pricing before getting package wrapped to ship. little late once that was done

I dropped off an outgoing package on a Friday. It was later in the day and I was told it may be Monday before the package was picked up by FedEx. The tracking website said that the package would be picked up on the next business day. The package didn’t get picked up on Monday or Tuesday. I ended up going back to Walgreen’s and getting the package back. I then took it to the FedEx store in Fountain City. Bottom line is that the pickup at Walgreen’s is sporadic and unreliable.

I wanted to call someone at the store at Broadway. I have gone there several times during business hours and they've just been shut with a note that says sorry we're not available. So to save myself a trip I tried to call.There is no way to reach anyone at this location. You have to go through the 800 number - it takes forever. they can't help you,they cannot transfer you.It is the most maddening time wasting worthless endeavor.

Try to avoid shipping anything if Stephanie is there. Unless you enjoy being belittled, rudely spoken to, or having someone dig into their, flick their ear wax onto the keyboard while talking to you and then touching your phone. I did not enjoy it and therefore, I will not be returning to this particular store. Let's put some light and joy back into the world, people. Be kind!
