it's am amazing company! I've been going there for alittle over 4 years now and every year it inly gets better! Just when I think they have reached the highest level of professionalism, fair pricing and quality they outdo themselves. no matter how busy they Are they will still answer every question I have. they are very knowledgeable and have helped me to get answers for paint and supplies many many times over the years. they have competitive pricing and I definitely choose them over any of the big chains like depo or lowes 10 to 1. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company so i will close by saying. .. you won't find nicer more helpful people anywhere else than Farrel! go to them to atleast try it out once and thank me later because you will have saved money, time and alot of aggregation in comparison to any other company.

We ordered Tennessee Vol orange paint from the Farragut location. The color was amazing they had it ready super quick and the customer service was great too! We will definitely make it our go to paint store!

We received a coupon for a free gallon of paint. My wife went in today because it was the last day to use the coupon. The man working didn't acknowledge her. Couldn't say hello and when she went to the counter, he just said what can I get you. Rude. Needless to say, she left. First, only and last time here. We'll stick with Benjamin Moore. They do customer service right!

The customer service here is outstanding! I first went in to go over paint choices and discussed coordinating colors. They took their time going over choices with me along with suggestions.
I went in again and needed help to stain stairs to match my flooring. Rick helped me by mixing and trying different combinations to achieve this. This took a lot of time and expertise that this store possesses.
You don't get this type of customer service anymore. I appreciate the personal attention they always give you! Rick and Adrian are always welcoming and friendly!

They are a paint store for professional painters as well as for the weekend home owner taking on a painting project. This is a great paint store. I love this place. Just painted my entire downstairs with Premium Eggshell and the paint worked great. It was the best experience that I've ever had painting.
