“The up front staff(Dawn) was friendly and smiling and made us feel very welcome. Quick check in. The nurse that called us back was just as nice and friendly. The NP that seen us (Nolan), was nice enough, however, he clearly saw infection and swelling in my sons ear and my son is in a lot of pain, but he recommended we wait a few days to see if it clears up. I’ve never had a professional to tell me that. He called in Antibiotic and I immediately had my son take the med to help him feel better. I would go back but when seeing Nolan, use my best Mother judgement in taking care of my children. I’m grateful they are here to help us as we were on vacation and they made it easier for us. I still give them 2 thumbs up!!! God bless them”

“This practice is absolutely amazing. I love Dr. Baldridge, she spends all the time you need to answer any questions that you may have and is caring towards what treatment works best for you. Although I have never waited more then 10 minutes to go back I would be fine if had to wait longer bc I know she is taking her time with the patient she is with as the same she will do with me and the one after me. I love the front desk especially Karen she always gets back to me for whatever reason I have. Scheduling is easy, nurse is absolute great. Could not ask for better Doctor or staff in my opinion. On that note I have seen The nurse practitioner and was not a fan. Will always make my appointments with Dr. Baldridge. ❤️”

JJ, I am unsure if she is a nurse or other medical, but she is amazing and defienently creates a welcoming environment. JJ and Dr. Wolfgramm made me feel safe and heard.”
