Sam and Holly are great! I have sold several things there and have gotten a great price. Each time they have been fair, polite and way better on price than any other place. Sam always gives me an honest quote and opinion on others things to look for when I am out hunting for treasures. The only place I go when selling my treasures. Thanks to both of you!!

My husband needed a watch battery and every other place that I went on Saturday afternoon told me it would be a few days. I stopped in there and had the best experience. The last place who change the battery had actually stripped 2 of the screws and they were concerned they wouldn’t be able to get it open. He was able to and put a new battery in within minutes. I won’t go anywhere else. They were amazing and so helpful and kind.

Needed some information on a luxury brand watch we have and found Estate House of Knoxville TN. After reading the excellent reviews I called them twice before visiting and was impressed with their courteous, patient and knowledgeable answers to my questions. The in-person visit was equally impressive, the expert watch repair pro was quick and generous with helping me out and the woman at the front counter was generous with her time and knowledge as well. All for someone who had never done business with them before. Give them a call or visit, you won't regret it!

Sam, Sherry, Holly, the entire team was incredible to work with. Great selection of watches, took the time to educate, absolutely no pressure sales tactics, and the owner Sam stayed after hours to ensure I was comfortable with my selection/purchase. Great experience!!! Beast (not a typo) Rolex selection in Knoxville. Both new and pre owned. I had just come from a dealer and was told 18 months to 2 years. Walked into Estate House and found just what i wanted. I was able to compare it 5 similar models and pick out the watch that not only suited me but was MINE!!!!! Sam is great and his staff know their stuff. If you are buying a luxury watch you need to go see them, you will not be dissapointed. Thanks Estate House
