I locked my keys in my truck by accident and one of the workers called AAA and I got my keys. She was very sweet and kind! Absolute life saver! I got to drive my friend home and drive myself home with my new plants!

My experience was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go in there. I didn't get any help the whole time I was in there for 15 to almost 20 minutes. I passed 4 to 5 people. The two young boys didn't pay me any attention, and the two woman stared at me while I shopped but never offered to help me. For it to b my first time in the shop and alot of the items not priced. I was so excited to buy quite a few items. I will keep my money at other well-known plant places, who have well opened arms that don't discriminate. Even after I left and came back in still I wasn't approached, I had to go up to Rachel-who works there who seemed surprised when I asked about a product that I really wanted to purchase. I don't buy from stores that don't treat me right. Seems to me you need to teach your employees about discrimination and treating all customers equally. First and last time I will come in there.

The guys at the ace service desk are the best in the business. Went there with an item I was having trouble assembling and they went out of the way to help. My wife and I will definitely be shopping here on the regular!

Today I was in to buy something that was confirmed as in-stock, and the workers at this store absolutely refused to show me where it was located.
I was looking to quickly grab an end table for something today that showed as in-stock. I drove over and made a pass of the store looking for it. Having not seen it, I asked a worker and he confirmed they had two in stock. I asked him where it was and he kept saying "The computer just says it is 'OUTSD' which means outside. You can look around out there for it."
So I did an entire second pass of the store and all outside areas. The tables were not there. I went back and asked (very politely), can someone help point them out to me? The store was not slammed at the time I was there, plenty of workers were walking around. The most he would do was talk to someone on a headset who just said "they are 'OUTSD', so outside somewhere."
I implored them, very politely, three different times, "Can someone show me where they are? I will be buying one today if you can show me." And they absolutely refused to help me.
I have honestly never experienced something like this before at any store. I've been in places that were too busy to help, which can be understandable. But this guy told me three times they would not help me find them. By the third time (again, I was intentionally very polite and calm), you could tell he was actually frustrated with me and just put his eyes forward and wouldn't even look at me.
I've generally been impressed with some of the stuff Ace keeps in stock, and that's why they have some stars on this review, but this level of service was atrocious. Uniquely so. I can't think of a time in my life where I've had customer service like this. I believe I'll be skipping this store from now on and just ordering from a different store online that carries the same thing as I totally wasted a drive over today. I'm still quite taken aback at the outright refusal to take a step from a spot and help someone find something they know is in stock.
I'd advise finding somewhere else to shop.
