I tried to stay there May 20th. I paid for room with visa card. I went to check in and was told I also must pay 250 deposit. I was very shocked and asked why wasn't that disclosed on the website prior to my purchase. He got angry and and said I had to pay 250 because I'm homeless. I offered to pay the deposit and he got even angrier. I had to walk to another hotel and pay to stay there I am waiting to see if they will do the right thing and refund my money. My next call is to Choice Hotela corp. Then probably an attorney

I was passing through Knoxville while driving across the country and a little after midnight decided I needed to get some rest and continue the next day. After the same issue at another motel a search on google showed the rate at $58/night so I stopped in.There was no one at the counter but a sign said to pick up the phone mounted outside to speak with someone. When he answered he told me it would be $120 for the night plus tax. When I mentioned that was 2x the rate listed online he said that was the rate. I found another hotel right down the road that honored their listed rate. Don’t waste your time.

WORST customer service or rather COMPLETE lack of customer service. I merely called ahead to ask some questions and the man that answered the phone was downright rude and arrogant BOTH times I called. It's obvious why he doesn't answer the phone with his first name. This type of person should NOT work in a position where they are in contact with the general public.I've been a Choice Hotels member for many years but from this experience and others lately they need work with these private owners to make sure they are meeting the brand standards or they will lose customers

Place I understand is on the lower grade for comfort inn chain..yet this by far the WORST 1 I've ever stayed at!!!!!!.. wud of taken pictures of the bedding loaded with cigarette burns...yet it might of been ezier to take a pic of the bedding without a burn hole..the bathtub was extremely filthy..hole punched in bathroom door...and to make matters worse..if thar was even possible...upon checking out at approximately a couple minutes after 10 a.m. No One at front desk...rang the buzzer for 10 minutes n still No one shows up...the room was very filthy..a Total Dive place...Never b back there again..& if u were wise..pay a little more n simply 4git this Dump!!!!!!!!!!

Do not stay here do not give authorization for your credit card for security deposit this fool charged a truck driver $118 for a dirty towel. The towel was placed on the floor so that he could get out of the shower without slipping.

Got there to check in, claimed we only put down 1 guest so had to put down a damage deposit on hold in case we tore anything up.. me my wife and 2 year old.. what pissed me off about this is your going to charge me for damages when your room looks like it's not been cleaned or re done in 20 years?! The furniture is falling apart, the cover on bed had 9 cigarette burns on it and the sheet over the box spring was molded and the carpet just walking on it less than 5 minutes my feet looked like I had been walking in soot but year be very concerned about the damage of a wife n 2 year old child.. smmfh! Especially at already paying $100 for ONE NIGHT!

The staff at this location are horrible! We called them from 10 minutes down the road to see if we could do an early check in. It was around 1 and they don't check in until 3. We were told that was fine and the room would be $90 and $100 deposit. When we arrived, they said we had to wait 15 minutes for a room to get cleaned. An hour later, my African American friend went to the window to see if the room was ready, and he told him it would be $110 and a $150 deposit! When I asked him why the amount changed, he said we were "arguing with him" and he would not let us get a room at all! We never even raised our voice at him. If corporate sees this reach out!

Stains, burn holes, broken and worn out furniture, a tent community right next door. This is not what I had in mind. We checked back out immediately. The lady at the front desk was very nice, though. They even keep the front office locked, and you have to be buzzed in. ?

People were nice and helpful. Even the little lady cleaning rooms. ( She did a great job) Only issues we had was the bathroom door nob was broke, floor in restroom was a little taller in some area door got stuck and was locked in restroom. And there wasn't a night stand on one side of the bed. And no cottenel

Room I'm staying in is clean. No bugs at all so far but they say they do breakfast on their own website and they do not serve food at all. They serve coffee and juice. I'm more cautious than most about covid but they're still serving drinks in a community room but not food? At least take it off the website. I banked on free breakfast and am pretty mad that I now have to budget for it when I thought I already had.Food & drinks: They do not serve free breakfast.

The staff is extremely rude especially when you use rewards points for free nights, they make up deposit amounts up to 700 deposit. I was quoted 250 then dropped to 150 and when I gave card for the 150 the clerk said nevermind it's 300 now and then told me to leave, as I left he yelled go back home and as I got to my car he runs out to cuss me and degrade me.
