Splurged on the luxury spa pedicure and it was worth every cent. My sore, dry feet have been completely renewed. They look and feel amazing. Will definitely be getting this pedi again.

I would NOT go here again, I happened to be traveling and this spot was close to my hotel. The quality of my nails, awful. Sorry but this is not a quality salon.

What a lovely place to get pampered. Hai did a beautiful job on my nails. All staff were curteous and helpful . From what I observed extra effort to provide excellent service . A peaceful atmosphere as well.

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could leave no stars, I would! Horrible. I have repeatedly told them I wanted thin, natural dip. Which many other places can make happen. I ended up with chiclets on my nails. On top of being cut open by the drill with the nail tech just telling me over and over that I was fine, while bleeding! He placed glue on the skin to make it stop bleeding which I did not ask for! And he kept jerking my hand back when I was trying to tend to it myself! Then I was shown my nails multiple times for the shape, to which I kept pointing out that they were crooked and completely jagged. Not one specific shape at all. I eventually had to also ask him to stop filing my skin AND ask for the file myself to "fix"8/10 nails. And honestly they still look horrible. And are not even close to thin. I have NUBS. My own fault, but I did pay because I was very uncomfortable at checkout bc the tech and cashier were speaking another language, seemingly about the situation, as I stood there. I called to get a refund and they refused. Told me they don't do refunds and "can't" bc they don't have a way....which is bs.

I live in Athens and prefer to drive to Knoxville to Dynasty to get my nails done. They are great and treat your nails with care.

At first, I was very excited because they turned out very pretty. Unfortunately in less than a week four nails have chipped. I am used to gel nails lasting at least two weeks.

Got our nails done here on Saturday. It was a pleasant experience. A good atmosphere. The nail techs were nice and polite. When we went in we asked about the prices which we thought was reasonable. $40 for a full set of acrylics and $40 for a full set of gels manicure. I picked out a color that cost more and I was informed it would be. My friend, however, was not told if what she chose was any extra. So we were both surprised when her price ended up being $55 for a full set of coffin nails, maybe it was the ring finger, regardless we weren't told. My friend also remarked that it was so nice that we were given cuticle oil and moisturizer without having to ask. Overall, great experience.
My problem and reason for writing this review overall, I'm disappointed with the longevity of my gel nails. It has been 4 DAYS. And several of my gels around 3 or 4 of the nails are already peeling off. I'm not very experienced with nails, but upon research, gels are supposed to last around a minimum of a week. My career field is in education, so there's nothing im doing in my daily activities that would warrant them degrade quickly. I'm really disappointed that I'm not getting to enjoy my nails for the supposed time. Instead, I basically paid $11 each of these 4 days to only have nails for that time. I won't be returning since the quality does not match the price.
