Best quality clothes for the Farmer/Industrial workers. Yes, they are a little pricey, but the clothing LASTS in even the toughest conditions, and if for some reason they don't they will refund you or replace you item even after months. I only by my working farm clothes from here and they are comfortable and durable! Love love LOVE!

EDIT: District manager reached out after a quick call to corporate and made it right. Very polite gentleman and let me know that this experience was not what was expected. 10/10 for the support from this gentleman, will be back. Poor experience overall. Employees were very short. I understand they are busy, but no reason to act that way. Another team member signed a pair of women’s pajamas as 40% off, and getting to the register the pair my mom wanted wasn’t ringing up discounted. We asked the general manager and she said they were not on sale. Also refused to adjust pricing for their error. Although I do understand the mistake, reality is one of your team members signed an item not on sale as being included. You should honor that.

I love Duluth Trading because they have high quality clothing that last. I have had used their 7 year socks for that many years and still no holes. Their pants hold up to hard farm work and the jackets keep you warm. The Alaska Hardgear line is exceptional. This particular location has great employees that provide excellent customer service.

Good selection of pants, etc, but men's pants were all mixed up Regular & Relaxed fit on shelves. Worse - all the hanging pants were packing in tight, & all the sizes were on inside leg! Made digging around for your size a PITA! My wife didn't encounter this problem - only in Mens' section.

Awesome shopping experience. Salespeople were able to answer questions, help me find sizes, and handle an exchange with ease. I've shopped from Duluth online for years, but this was my first time visiting one of their stores. It has a great vibe, and everything is nicely displayed. Extra kudos for having a nice, clean restroom!

Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They'll check the warehouse to make sure the product you're looking for is in stock. If it's not, they'll order it and have it delivered either to your home or the store. The store is clean, neat, well stocked and well lit. It's definitely worth the visit.

I am like a kid in a candy shop! They have so many cool must have gadgets, awesome boxers, and a ton of outdoor gear. The store is really nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They also give back to the community. If you're going for a hike, want to look great or just want some comfy boxers you need to stop here first!

I drove all the way to the store, only to find a sign posted in the window that they would be closed early today to do inventory. Why would management think that serves anyone but their bottom line to do that. There were two other groups of people leaving frustrated over this.

I’d ordered a couple pairs of pants online a couple months back and really liked the quality. My wife and I decided to go to the store to check it out. We were impressed with the customer service and are thankful for the quality of the clothing. Thank you Duluth Trading Company!

Everyone who knows me knows 90% of my entire wardrobe is Duluth and I like their clothing. That being said I’m am very disappointed in their customer service. I went in to the store and ordered the briar pants in my size (I repeated it at least 4 times for them). They send the wrong size, they are online order only. I tried getting them to just do an even exchange and they’re out of stock. So I tried to compromise for the different color I’m not fond of but I really like those specific pants. All they did was refund the money and there was a huge discount on them when I went in when my size was in stock.
