This place is great, the staff is great the food is great and the three free drinks a night are a plus! Clean rooms and clean grounds. James McGhee at the front desk really helped us out, and we are very happy with how he welcomed us upon arrival.

I am very skeptical about where I sleep. It is hard to find a place I can sleep in beside my own bed. I searched for over a week before deciding where to stay for the Thanksgiving holidays with family in Knoxville.I can’t express how pleased I was. Front desk check in was quick and with ease. When we entered the room, it was CLEAN. The beds, bathroom, counters, fridge, and carpet. Everything was perfect. I sleep like a baby.I can’t end without expressing the excellent breakfast staff. The free breakfast was EXCELLENT. The woman who prepares the breakfast is very friendly and cheerful. She makes the experience their a joy. This is definitely our place when we are in town.I recommend Drury Inn & Suites to anyone that is looking for a hotel in Knoxville.Thank you Drury Inn & Suites for making our stay a delightful one.

We have made two trips to Tennessee in the past few weeks and have stayed at the Drury Inn both times. We have stayed at the Drury Inn chain on several drips. You can't beat the rates and the breakfast/evening kickstarters are a big bonus. The Knoxville location delivers with great customer service and comfortable accommodations. Both of our stays have been great. Only recommendation I have is for darker shades for the interstate facing room. Our last stay we were giving room 504 facing I-40. The road noise combined with the light from the exterior spotlights made it harder to sleep.

An excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast is well worth the price, and the "evening kickback" dinner is always a great treat. Only wish I could enjoy both more often!Rooms are comfortable and quiet, air conditioner, heater, and TVs work. Shower is good (no low-flow nonsense). My only complaint is that the popcorn is always slightly burnt.Apparently it's a good hotel for a Tennessee football game. Saw lots of fans wearing the burnt orange color. They offer a shuttle to the game and back.

This was the first time we stayed here, and it definitely became the hotel we plan to come back to each time!It has an indoor/outdoor pool that started at 3 & 1/2 feet on either side and got deeper toward the middle divide at 5ft which was really cool! Plus the hot tub spa felt amazing. There's complementary breakfast, light dinner, popcorn and soda each day. They have a gym, a little market next fo the front desk with an ATM and little drinks or snacks to buy.The staff in each department were all super friendly and helped us out with everything we asked! It's very well kept and just overall a relaxing environment to stay in. 10/10 we will definitely be back here :)

Great hotel! Clean, updated, free breakfast was actually restocked constantly and truly tasty. Bed was comfortable, heat/AC worked well. Staff was very friendly. We were impressed with what we got and the quality for the price! The only complaints I could ever mention would be the pool is indoor/outdoor (you can swim under the curtain to get outside) and so the water was too chilly in November; also our shower door liked to roll open on its own so we shoved a washcloth in the roller to keep it closed when showering. Honestly, barely things to complain about.

Wow! I have never had such great customer service... the two sweet ladies Cielo and Taylor Vixon working the front desk went ABOVE and beyond to help me yesterday. I called from out of state because my mother who was staying at the hotel had a birthday. I wanted to send her some champagne and a sweet note to her room. They made sure to take care of it and assured me it was on the house because my mom was very very sick and it was her birthday. Come to find out - not only did they send her a complimentary bottle of champagne, But a cupcake and a sweet birthday CARD! I mean... I've never had such sweet customer service and amazing hospitality and I'm a flight attendant who travels and stays a LOT of places and different hotels. These ladies made my moms day as well as mine. If that doesn't show you great customer service, I don't know what will!!! :) thank you Ladies!!!

We are snowbirds for 8 years. We like staying at the Drury Inns on the way down to Florida in the fall and in the spring back to Michigan. We had never stayed in Knoxville location. It was the best one we have ever stayed in so far. The Knoxville location was roomy and very clean. The food provided for dinner and breakfast was good.Rooms: Rooms were big and very nice and comfortableSafety: The shower needs an abrasive on the floor. I have had knee and ankle surgeries in the last 4 years and the soap/water on the floor makes it very slipperyAfter traveling all day a basic dinner was good and breakfast was a good start to the day.

Very nice Hotel. They have a wonderful hot breakfast & dinner buffet included with your stay at no extra charge. The hotel is clean, the staff are all extremely polite, and the pool room is very nice. This is my first time at this hotel chain. I am impressed.

This Drury Inn is relatively new and had very friendly staff during our stay. It's dog friendly, our room was quiet and the floors are solid which helps with noise from rooms above. We didn't take advantage of the happy hour drinks but the breakfast offerings included scrambled eggs, both plain and also with bacon and cheese, fruit and breads. We had some food we wanted to eat in our room later that day and I figured we could get some plastic forks and knives to use while we were down for breakfast, but they were using real silverware and non-disposable plates, which was another nice touch. They were happy to get us some plastic utensils to use for our lunch. This is the fourth hotel I've stayed at in Knoxville and it's top on my list.

I've not stayed at a Drury Inn before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Check-in was easy. Rooms were great (and clean). And best of all, all the staff were very friendly. The complementary breakfast was on point. I would compare this to higher end Hampton Inns.

The in room coffee maker 1) is a piece of trash 2) doesn’t actually makes coffee. Coffee maker just spewed heat steam and noise for five minutes dispensing not a drop of actual coffee. Want my money back. No free breakfast. No vending machines just their 3x-5x overpriced little store next to the front desk. No value here. Just a crappy hotel.

I can't say anything bad about this hotel. We spent a week here and loved every day. Its rooms are quiet, comfortable & spacious. Its service is friendly & accommodating. Its breakfast and dinners (both included) are generous & delicious. Its pet-friendliness is superb. Its wi-fi is fast. Its location is ultra convenient. The Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville West is THE place to stay in west Knoxville.
