I normally go to this location because it’s closer to my house. Each time is hit or miss on being a good experience or not. I went in this morning to grab a few things. I was in there about 15 minutes. When I got to the register, no one was there, but they had a bell that said to ring for service, I rang the bell repeatedly for about three minutes. There was a manager at the register next to that one with his back toward me and not a single time did he bother to turn around or offer to help. when the cashier finally came out of their room to ring me up, she informed me that the Pod) was down and they only accept cash well when I walked in nobody bothered to tell me that, I only had my debit card and they had two other registers that could have been opened but didn’t wanna open those and so I ended up wasting my time. This is a good example you get what you pay for.

Recently went to this location. I love Dollar Tree for their selection and especially love their seasonal dishes! But this store was pretty messy. The kicker was that the cashier was on her phone- head to shoulder- the whole time she was scanning my items. I give the courtesy to the cashier by not being on my phone & would appreciate the same in return. What happened to customer service?

The manager her name was Megan, she was absolutely rude to her staff and I honestly feel bad for them.The place needs a lot and I mean ALOT of work to be done and the place is like so dam hot and the staff stay inside all day in that heat which is very concerning tbh.I literally hate this place know and never coming back to see that ugly and rude manager. She looked like she haven’t showered in weeks.

I've been to a few other Dollar Tree stores around Knoxville and so far I like this location the most. It seems like they have more items here than other locations. My cashier who rang me up was really nice and friendly too.

As dollar trees go this is a 4! For savings, clean and friendly. Get cards, holiday decorations, party, and craft supplies. This day and age why not save. I also get herbs, packaged foods we like, and whatever else looks fun, a fun place to find stuff cheap.

Great selection in the craft department. Store was relatively clean and organized. Could be better but could be much much worse. All around pretty good experience!
