Horrible customer service and incredibly rude employees. Whoever was working the register around 10:35-10:40 on April 29th was incredibly rude and hateful to my five year old son when we were checking out. Will never be back to this location.

I normally go here every few days until today when my pregnant wife ran in to get a snack but the line was to long and we had somewhere to be so she set the item down and walked out. Only for the only employee working followed her out and claimed she stole something. When my wife proved she hadn't the women didn't apologize she literally told her Not to lose her privileges to shop there. And that's a quote. She embarrassed my wife didn't apologize and acted like it's a blessing to come to the store. There's better locations five minutes away don't waste your time at this trashy location

Love this Dollar Tree, always nice people. Didn't understand why they cut the lights off (an hour before closing/left a few on). Looked like they were closed. Trying to save money? Would've had them off all day.

The worst costumer service they have a grumpy cashier today she just threw my items after I paid into the floor.If you are going to work with people learn how to do this if not get another job.

Makayla and Judy need some customer service training OR consider not working with the public.
You'll know who Makayla is because she is apparently not capable of smiling or even acknowledge the fact that you're a customer shopping in the store. If she is stocking shelves while you're in the aisle, might as well just move onto the next aisle because she doesn't care.
I frequent this store but after today, I will
Not go back. The embarrassment that I experienced from both Makayla and Judy was inexcusable.
I'm not going into detail on what happen but just beware of these two if you're in the store. ?

Took several senior citizens here today , store organized , clean and staff was helpful. We will definitely be back to this location to shop.

The products are trash, and so is their customer service. I understand no cash refunds, but they won't even offer store credit for defective products. I didn't argue though, I said okay and started to leave with my defective items, but the employee started yelling at me, "no, you have to leave those here!!" So I have to leave products that I paid for there and leave with no refund??? Not doing that, so I walked out with them anyway as she continued to scream at me. To be fair though, she was at least 85 years old, and frankly does not seem capable of doing this job anymore, as she was also struggling a lot and getting very confused with checking out other customers too. It's sad that someone of that age has to still be working, but Dollar Tree needs to put someone competent up front when they only have one employee scheduled.

The store closed before 10:00p. When I walked to my car the manager opened the door to let out the two associates, before 10:00pm and laughed! When I said to him “ it’s not 10:00pm yet, I just need to buy a card” he proceeded laugh and lock the door. Customer service and respect are at an all time low in retail recently. I understand, nobody wants to be at work at 10:00pm, but to close the store early, deny a sale and laugh a a customer is just unacceptable!
