We have always had a good experience here... despite the sign about leaving bags at the door (implying there are thieves who frequent this store). No one - customer or employee - has ever bothered us or made us uncomfortable shopping here. They almost always have exactly what I go in looking for. The employees are quick and personable. The store is always neat and organized. Overall, one of the better Dollar Tree locations in Knoxville!

Encountered probably some of the worst customer service ever. From eye rolling to not greeting anyone. The store manager is very rude and has an attitude. I came to exchange a few items and as I was shopping around I actually heard her talking about me on the other isle lol, Atleast act like you like your job .

It's a dollar tree, kinda dirty (not terrible), kinda low on stock, cheeeeap Chinese made stuff. It seems they DEFINITELY need to pay employees WAY better. Talk about people that look just whipped....
