992 E Emory Rd, Knoxville“It is the one closest to where we live we were not going there for a while because there was always homeless people hanging out there bothering people and trash all over the place but the New Manager they have there do not know his name keeps them away and the store looks so much better and if stragglers come around he makes them leave that is the way it should be also like the selections the store has.”
“This is basically a "super dollar general" It has anything you could need on a whim including food. The cashiers are very nice and it has an updated check out layout. Highly recommend. The closest store to many houses in the area so very useful. It does not have high prices like a convenience store. Don't pass this one by. Great product selection.”
“At the store they helped correct the situation where I was sent a faulty router to replace my aged but working router that I had been encouraged to replace by Xfinity in order to keep my equipment under warranty. What should have been half an hour or less of my Sunday afternoon turned into multiple hours and frustration finally resulting in having to direct call their router activation group.”
“I live about 60 minutes from this Dollar general I just happened to be close by helping my friend with her house and thought that I would stop by and see what this store had and I like it a lot better than the one that I usually go to in my own town. All of the employees was very kind and went out of the way to help you even know that they were short-handed”
“I really like my neighborhood DG. I usually do the majority of my grocery shopping at this store. I wish they offered more in the grocery section. Less home goods. And fresh produce and veggies.”
“Dollar General it's a good place to go for Easter for Christmas and LOL all most of the holidays and very reasonable price and very friendly people very helpful and they have everything you need their food doing down to close and free it really reasonable price Play Place you need to go there and shop around it's good for little kids and for adults and all your needs good place to go”
“We have always had a good experience here... despite the sign about leaving bags at the door (implying there are thieves who frequent this store). No one - customer or employee - has ever bothered us or made us uncomfortable shopping here. They almost always have exactly what I go in looking for. The employees are quick and personable. The store is always neat and organized. Overall, one of the better Dollar Tree locations in Knoxville!”

252 Morrell Rd, Knoxville“I went in today looking for a pitcher that I could pour and make kool aid in. I didn't see anything like that. It's hit and miss what ya find when ya go.. I did get some animal crackers and a box of quart size freezer bags tho.”
“Love this Dollar Tree, always nice people. Didn't understand why they cut the lights off (an hour before closing/left a few on). Looked like they were closed. Trying to save money? Would've had them off all day.”
“I always like coming here because not only are the prices very affordable and economic but you can also find what you're looking for and it's very close by. I could even get on the bus and it would take me literally 15 minutes to get there.”
8AM - 9PM
1612 Elm St, Knoxville“Have things in stock and great coupons. Don't like that people come and clear the shelves when the coupons come out. There should be a limit on times they can use them.”
“This seems to be a more scaled down version of the stores I'm used to. The aisles are really tight and stock needs to be put out, but that's no surprise if you frequent DG. Employees have been super nice.”
“I love Dollar Tree. I wish the prices would go back to a Dollar. The name no longer fits. Everything is 1.25 now. Your establishment needs to change your name to BARGAINS.”
“I am thoroughly impressed with Dollar General. The store offers a wide variety of products at affordable prices, making it a convenient one-stop shop for all of my needs. The store is always well-maintained and organized, making it easy to find what I need. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I appreciate the convenience of being able to find everything I need in one place. I highly recommend Dollar General for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable shopping experience. It has become my go-to store for everyday essentials. Five stars from me!”
“MIRANDA IS THE BEST!!The store looked wonderful. Miranda helped me find colored pencils and a candle. She was at the cash register, while also helping customers and organizing the shelves. ALL with a smile on her face! Such a pleasant attitude and spirit. Thank you so much for your help and time. I will always return to this location. Thank you Miranda and Dollar Tree!”
“it's small store although it is neat tidy almost always stocked easy to remember where things are but I feel it looks cluttered but I also dont think it is when I think about it but you can decide on clutter or no but employees are outstanding, they stick to store policy no matter who you are. that's refreshing. it is 100 % but just that clutter arguement that's stuck in my head....”
“When this Dollar General opened, in this affluent neighborhood, phew, the Farragut residents couldn't turn their noses further up if they were a compass needle pointing north! But now it's packed and rightly so. This Dollar General is the equivalent of a New York City bodega (okay, minus the flan and the resident cat). They have it all from Twix, to Duct tape to canned tuna to arts and crafts, and they even have the most friendly staff.”
“Very good service and clean store. Good experience. Seemed to be a lively atmosphere and was well laid out. The flow of item location really made it a quick and easy experience. I was in and out and got what I needed in what felt like was a quick and fast experience. This location seems to be managed well. Love this location”
“It fits whats in my wallet. Liam Brown always greets you with a warm welcome when you come in the door and is always willing to help you find something ys works the register and stocking. He also knows how do the cash and credit both. The other younger guy has a bad attitude very rude fuss cuss having to work over. He should be grateful he has a job. All he wants to do is cash no credit cards. I've also seen him in his car smoking pot behind the other stores. You can smell it. The manager I've known for years very nice. She's a friend.”
“Visited this Dollar General several times, while in Knoxville, and really liked it. It was much larger and of course had different items than the one in my state. The associates on both shifts were always so friendly. I really appreciated that. The store like many DG's was pretty crowded but this one was descent.”
“My experience would always be so much better at any & ALL Dollar General stores if the prices were marked correctly but they NEVER are!! And the the associate refuses to give you the price that is marked!! ?? And that is a all Dollar general stores!!”
“This is a very nice Dollar General. It is always well stocked and they have some really good weekly sales. It is beautifully staged and always clean. Whoever is the manager now is doing a very good job.”
“This location is now closed permanently. The new location is scheduled to open Tuesday 11/21/2023. The new location is way more modern than the previous. It will be a much needed improvement.”
“Love DG! Wouldn't be doing serious shopping there but they do have many great specials. I can pop in there for a couple of things & end up with a cart full!”
8AM - 10PM
4011 N Broadway, Knoxville“It's Dollar General.I like the staff on a personal level and they seem to be trying to improve after a couple of years of not being supported by the higher-ups, the staff was always trying to stock shelves and serve the checkout, and they didn't have very many employees to cover the bases, the company could have done something then.I guess better late than never. They also need to fix the bagging method. So often others and myself leave a bag on the backside of the carousel, that's all Yellow with yellow bags. I don't do it in any other stores and never have. Of course, now, we should make special efforts to ensure we have all the products, we don't do a bag count while they're bagging, we focus on the total being rung up. It's a small thing to fix for better customer experience. I know I'm not the only one, because when I've returned to fetch my bag, they have to look through others to see which is mine.”
8AM - 10PM
3220 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville“The store was a bit of a mess but I saw the employees hard at work trying to get things put out and straight. Brenya and Garrett were both so very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. When I had trouble finding things Garrett was the "go to guy". He gladly lead my daughter and I right to what we were looking for a few times. Not only was Brenya very pleasant, When I forgot my receipt she went above and beyond to find it and have it waiting for me. Dollar General should try to hold on to employees like this who seem to like and care about their job and customers!”
“Easy to find what I was looking for. Also found some items to be less expensive than what I normally pay at other stores. The Cashier working had a line but was quick and very courteous.”
“Came here to get decorations for my Halloween wedding. The lady there was super helpful and very friendly and customer oriented. Her service was above and beyond. Absolutely wonderful employee who needs a raise.”
