I decided to go to this DG today bc the one near my house is always randomly closed. Now this store is randomly closed in the middle of the day. I will be a happy customer the day DG goes bankrupt.

They used to have such a nice staff. Until they hired this one last that works the register. She is so rude? Like be nice. It's that's simple. I'm a regular here. But due to her attitude towards AN ELDERLY MAN!! I might just start going to Amherst.

Idk if this store really opens anymore. I've walked down there a few times in the last week, in the middle of the day, and it's been closed. Lights open, no sign on the door, but doors are locked. I wouldn't waste your time coming here hoping it's open.

No wonder there's a ton of one star reviews. I made a $12 purchase at the self checkout, and it charged me $52. I spoke with an employee who was extremely disrespectful. I was very disrespectful right back. She had it coming. They did agree to look at video footage to find out what happened. It was $12 in products that I purchased, and they don't dispute that.They told me I had to dispute it with my bank, and did absolutely nothing. Don't ever come to this store. There is one 2 miles away on Amherst that doesn't seem to be complete trash. If you do come here make the employees do what little bit of a job they have, and actually check you out themselves.

Hope is super disrespectful and acts like it’s a crisis to do her job she also likes to cuss out customers . Also when cashiers make mistakes with your change the skinny white woman will accuse you of trying to scam them. Very disrespectful low life behavior.

Awful experience. Staff yelled at me for trying on a hat and not buying it. Lol I worked here before. They're just mad they ain't making $35/hr like I am. I'd be mad too if I was still making $11/hr ???

If I could give it zero stars I would. Nasty, unprofessional, and closes whenever they please. If you need anything after 3:00 pm don’t go there cause they’ll be closed. Their hours says until 10:00 pm it’s 7:52 and their doors are locked. Why not just shut it down at this point.

I moved here about 3 and 1/2 years ago and this is the closest Dollar general to my house. It used to be clean, stocked and no stock carts in the isles. It is now disaster anytime I go in there and rarely do I find what I'm looking for. Often I have to move the stock cart out of the way to even get something I'm looking for. I'm assuming management has changed and it shows. And if you care enough to go back and look at all the five-star reviews they're all older than 2 years ago.

Very unprofessional staff each time I go in. One of the employees was blocking the self check out while talking to someone who had already bought something, and no one was at the register. Most of the employees I encounter do not care about customers and they make that weak known.

This DG is the Definition of a OSHA Violation ??♀️??♀️ Bout broke my ankle it’s so messy and every-time Im at this location their shelves are like empty and some employees seem methed out. Oh and the lady would NOT give me a refund for my GROSSLY CHUNKY NOT EXPIRED MILK

I went in there yesterday and it was awful. Some aisles/shelves completely empty and others trashed. Things not in the right spot to find the price. I bought a bag of M&Ms and didn't think I'd have to check but it turns out they expired three months ago. And the cashier got smart with me when he asked how I was and I replied but didn't ask him how he was. This location has really gone down since the last time I was there.
