This store is one of the rudest stores I ever went to I went into this establishment not to be greeted by the associate he was being all nice to a little young guy and then when I came up to the register I stood there while he hung up my belongings so I asked him hey do you know what customer service is and he said yes so I told him that you don't know what customer service is because you didn't greet me and that was rude so he said oh you look like you didn't want to be bothered mind you I have on a mask see that is just the assumption to go on with someone how rude so I just said that I need to speak to the manager and when he came up I told him the issue and then he just said to me and what did he do again right there you unprofessional managers take up for rudeness and unprofessionalism and I get a curse word behind it as well I will be calm with this just because you have some rude people at this organization and I will hold my tongue as well

Always has excellent customer service when it's open just like today who closes a retail business at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday. If the stores are this short on help maybe it's time the supervisors and area managers do a little physical work to help these guys out.

Worst dollar general store in Knoxville area. Constantly not stocked and closing at abrupt times. They need to get a GM who cares and knows what they are doing. Seriously avoid this place.

I have tryed to go up there 3 days in a role and they have been closed 1st at 8 then at 7:30 then at 6:30 yesterday tho the hand written sign on the door said they closed at 7 they where closed by 6:30 I don’t have anytime to get there after work before they close lazy lazy management. Also when you can get in the store you can bearly look around due to all the box’s of stock in the hall ways and they been there for months you got to clime on them to get to basic things like toilet paper. Management needs to be reviewed
