my wife has been here 3 times trying to get a real id, every time they tell her she needs more documentation, we have done everything they have asked, and yet still she gets rude people telling her she needs more documentation. this place is ridiculous. horrible customer service!!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Apparently if you have a SCHEDULED appointment it’s not guaranteed you’ll be able to take your drivers test. I waited for two hours and had to go to three different workers to get help at all. Each employee brushed me off because they didn’t want to help. I don’t recommend coming to this place ever if you want to get anything done without being treated like you’re a bother to them.

Ms. Lopez was hustling up front helping people and we had a fair evaluator, Mr. Hernandez, for our kid’s drivers test! I encourage people to make appointments! So much helpful info on the website!
For the DMV. Please fix your QR code checkin. Several folks including us could not use the check in feature and it seems to be a pretty big inconvenience for your workers

I have to say I read alot of reviews before I went there with my nephew...and I was concerned.... but to be honest I don't know what those others are talking about. It was clean well ran and the wait wasn't that long. The people who helped us were friendly and super helpful. You get what you give in this world so if you go in with a bad attitude well don't be surprised when others get sparky back to you!

Went for a driver's test the lady failed me for using my back up cam and not using my mirrors that was a lie, was rude, and acted like she had something better to do. The worse experience I ever had anywhere.

Dont get your hazmat endorsement here. You will get screwed over because due to encompetents they wont renew your license.
Causing you to lose your HZMT Endorsment not even a year in. WHAT A JOKE.

There is a reason they have a 2.9 rating on Google. They come across as rude, dismissive, and non-helpful. Girl mumbled behind plexiglass and every time I asked her to repeat the question because I couldn't hear her...she seemed annoyed. And it wasn't just her, a different girl was also rude to my wife on the same visit. After filling out some paperwork the girl helping me asked me to take a step back...so I did. She immediately said "smile if you want" and before I even knew this was for the picture...she took it. She didn't show me the pic or ask if I wanted to see it (like the one in Halls did the last time I got my license.) At the end, she handed me my temporary license and I said, "that picture is horrible." She gave a quick "sorry" and basically dismissed me. Sadly, I think government employees have forgotten somewhere along the way who they are actually supposed to be serving. I won't go back to this location.

Esperanza Lopez’s (the lady that checks you in on the iPad) incompetence wastes people’s time - don’t trust that she checked you in and to wait - keep going up and confirming or else you will spend hours.

Tiffany (driving instructor) is AMAZING!!!! We had been sent to several DMV’s in one day for various reasons and my 16 yr old was already stressed and nervous for her driving test. Very long day. Tiffany went above and beyond to be kind and help calm her nerves. Thank you, Tiffany!!
