Donte and his team truly saved our vacation. We are heading from Ohio to Florida, and hit a pot hole along I75 and bent 2 rims, along with approximately 40 other cars. I called his store when they opened, and explained my situation, my parents had 2 bent wheels and are essentially stranded at Walmart in Williamsburg where their vehicle was towed. I explained that we needed tires and wheels that work for the vehicle, that style and looks were the least of our concern. He assured me they had what we needed, I made the drive to his store, upon arrival, he had all 4 tires and wheels mounted, and balanced. The bed of my truck was full of things for our vacation, he allowed me to leave our belongings there so we could transport the tires to my parents 1 hour north. I asked about lug nut sizing and torquing the lug nuts down, he then loaned me a torque wrench and the probably socket to get the job done. I could not be more appreciative as we had no other options. This gentleman and his team need recognition on a national level throughout discount tire as they couldn’t have made the process any smoother or easier.Thank you Donte
