I spent 45 minutes trying on several brands and types of shoes, and Preston was unbelievably helpful and patient. He was also knowledgeable and courteous! Even though I ended up not purchasing anything today… he never lost his patience or his professional demeanor! Great job Dick’s Sporting for your customer service!
