“Great deals of board games, ROGs, and Warhammer. They have a surprisingly large selection, including some very niche and difficult to find products, except mini paints and supplies. They also have a very large play area with tables set up and available. There were flyers and notices left all around for upcoming events and groups, so this would be a great place to find games and play groups.”
“This kohl’s location is very convenient, but after visiting regularly, I have seen there are not many employees in the checkout area, after visiting today another kohl’s store, found this might be a great idea for this location. Cashiers, Customer Service, Amazon returns (all in one line, with lots of things to be entertained while doing the line).”

My mother and I were in the store a couple of days ago and bought a large area rug. I was concerned about the rug getting dirty in the bed of my truck and Jenn was kind enough to not only hold the rug for us until we were ready to go home, but she also find a way for us to cover the rug to keep it clean. Her friendly personality personality and willingness to help is an asset to your store.”
“We went to the Hammers in Sevierville about a week ago and found three pairs of very comfortable pants for my husband. He likes them so much he decided that he wanted more so we called the Hammers in Halls to see if they had the same ones. The cashier offered to go back and see if they had them my husband's size and held back a couple of pairs for us. The store was well organized and the workers were friendly. Great prices on name brand clothing and cute home decor.”

“This place is NICE & well stocked. From the outside, we were a little worried. Looks a little sketchy...but once we walked in - it was like we were transported to another world. A lot of the purses people are dying for right now were in this TJ Maxx. Well stocked, workers are very helpful and kind! We found everything we needed here.”
“I do not think I've ever seen a Five Below as well stocked as this one. Whenever we walked in, it smelled so clean and I was floored at how well stocked + clean this store was. This place is NICE! We were even able to find things here we needed but didn't think they would have! Everyone who worked here the day we visited was nice and helpful. I love this Five Below and will be coming back again when we are back in Knoxville.”

“I purchase a pair of Levi's almost every time I come here. I wear a 32'x34' and believe me it's difficult to find this size. They never have more than one pair at a time but other stores never have any my size. And $25 dollars for a pair of Levi's is a steal in today's market. It's a very nice store with a huge selection. My girlfriend likes it to but she likes any store that has lots and lots of clothes. She turns me into a portable clothes rack while she's shopping no matter where we go.”

We usually love doing the Drive Up option, however we wanted to Do a looksy. So we went inside. So many good deals for the Holiday season and we decided last minute to buy the Smart TV haha.
I’m pregnant and couldn’t lift it, and Josh was kind enough to Load it into the Mercedes and Everything! “This is my favorite Ross store, i haven't been in a few weeks and wow I cant believe the changes. Nice new employees so helpful one young Hispanic Male associate even helped me find a missing shoe :) The store looked incredibly neat and clean super organized, I always find what I need in Ross, i don't shop at TJmaxx or Homegoods to be honest, can't find anything! I can stay in Ross for hours, last night i did and found fabulous clothing for mom grandkids and myself. I enjoy my shopping experience, always for the past 15 years, my friends as well. “I Christmas shopped on Saturday. They had great deals. A young guy very nice and helpful and the cashier lady was very nice. Lines were long but I expected that since everyone was holiday shopping. Loved shopping the Kohls in east Knoxville and I’m going back to spend the Kohl’s cash next week.”
“I love J. C. Penneys! I have been sorry to see so many of them closing up. I do hope that they will be able to rise up again and and thrive.
My most recent visit to Pennys in West Town Mall was a bit chaotic. Everything was in the midst of re-order and update.
I was disappointed to see that the bathroom had been neglected.
But my hope is that this was all just the results of the transition and that by now they have things back in order and they will be the store that I love again.”
“Had such a great time shopping at Belk today! Two amazing, kind employees went out of their way to tell us about the Belk app and how we could price check items ourselves. On top of that, they let us know that by doing so, we could get a bunch of free samples—which was such a nice surprise! “Love the variety of the things they sell, step up (or 2) from Walmart. However, pricing on a lot of their items can be high. Customer service is very easy to find, unlike Walmart. Last time I was at Walmart I had to look for an associate for several min & when I finally found one, they spoke no English & was unable to help me. I gave up & left.”

“Interesting store. They have a big variety of things; toys, school supplies, health and beauty items, electronics and more. Most things are $5 although not everything. The items are of decent quality especially considering the low price point. It's kind of fun to take the grandkids in and hand them five bucks and see what they find.”

After my long explanation, her help was efficient and accurate. She never made me feel like I was wasting her time. My cashier, Ali, showed me how to redeem an online gift card balance. “I like Walmart in Halls! I never thought I'd say that about any Walmart, but since moving to Knoxville in 2020, and having a Walmart, and not much else nearby, I've given it a chance. Now, I have to be clear, Walmart's shelves are messy, prices are sometimes not marked, cleanliness can be lacking in some aisles, employees don't care much about anything, let alone even acknowledge you, the produce department sucks big time, but I have come to accept that. Weird, because I'm not one to lower my standards, but, I admit, I have with Walmart. Maybe it's a Halls thing. Yep, I think it is! What I do like is that Walmart has a nice variety of food items, especially in the condiments aisle. I spend more than I should on things in that aisle. Walmart has good ciabatta rolls, Baskin Robbins Rocky Road and Chocolate Chip ice cream for $3 a pint, and they have a selection of small Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes for a fair price. If I'm in the mood, I stroll around the store to kind of "window shop," Hey, like I said, there's not much else around Halls, so Walmart is my thing. I also have to admit, they have so many self-checkout registers, rarely do I have to wait in line. I never thought I'd like self checkout, but cashiers around here are s-l-o-w, no matter what store you go to! Anyways, Walmart is my go-to store. I give Walmart in Halls four stars!”
