They were nicer before they had my money. The exit front office woman is hard of hearing. Speaking louder allows others to overhear personal data. Makes me nervous ?. Also, I felt stalked to leave this.

I have always had a great experience with all the staff. They are all super nice. HOWEVER! I have been constantly rescheduled for 2 years now. Always told my appointment won't work for them no more than a week in advance. Last time I was told (after I confirmed I'd be able to make it 3 times) hours before that they needed to reschedule me for 6 months later. If you have a flexible schedule and can just take off work on a whim, great dentist place. If you have a more structured schedule, find somewhere else.

Had my teeth tightened. Mouth is a little bit sore but I'm all right. Everyone there is great!

It was a pretty easy visit (just new rubber bands for braces). The hygienist was friendly and courteous. Dr. Pack is professional and nice.

I developed a tooth ache on July 4th (much discomfort), everything was closed for the weekend (not good). I called and left message on answering service. Dr. Borole called me back, called in medicine and got me in early Monday am when office was back opened I can't give enough praise for her sacrifice to her patients....
Dr. Borole has been my dentist for 10+ years and has always been very professional and caring.
I'm so blessed and I thank God for her and the staff!!

Staff was really great and so was the Dentist. I'm happy I transfered to the Turkey Creek office when Alcoa closed. Been a patient of Dental Works for like 13 years.

Dr Borole and her staff A+ rated! I met one of their new Dental Hygienist.. Mandy. She is a cute as a button! Also Very good at what she does. Received good health from Dr Borole and Mandy concerning my teeth. Good place to visit.Tom S. (Was also very happy to find out one person in particular no longer worked there...made the visit even nicer!)
