Dr Dean and company are fabulous. I had horrible teeth. He redid my teeth and they are perfect. They have their own lab so everything is in-house which makes for a better quality. Dr. Dean is a brilliant artist and I just can’t stop smiling.I love the assistants just like family making sure I was always comfortable. They are very competent and confident in their abilities.The office staff was very accommodating and attentive. They knew my name and welcomed me in like family.Kathy Yett

This place can't seem to figure out how to communicate with their patients. I drove an hour for a simple cleaning but they won't do a simple cleaning for new patients. You have to do the x-rays and photos and consult etc...Don't go here if all you need is a simple dental experience. They will over complicate and charge you for things that you don't need.Would be nice if they figure out how to communicate ahead of time so you don't waste your time.

I can’t say enough about Dean Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Dean and his staff are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most of all caring. They go above and beyond for their patients. The facility and equipment are state of the art and very impressive. I highly recommend them for all your dentistry needs.

I had my first comprehensive appointment here yesterday. Best dentist I’ve been to in Knoxville! Everyone was extremely kind and Dr. Dean was very transparent and thorough with me. At the end of my appointment, I was given my care plan going forward with cost estimates. I’ll definitely be returning as a patient!

Very pleasant visit. From walking in the door being greeted by Karen with a smile on her face. Then Sarah taking me back to the exam room and being very friendly and telling me every thing she was doing. Suggesting a mouth guard to help with my teeth. Dr. Dean being very friendly and informative about what I need to do to help my teeth. Then Melissa doing a fine job in taking an image of my gums and teeth to fit the mouth guard. The the young lady which I didn’t catch her name but she was also very friendly. 100% great visit.Thank youTerry

We love Dean Cosmetic Dentistry Center!! They did an amazing job on my husband's veneers as well as always doing a great job on cleaning. The veneers are beautiful + look so natural. The people there are so nice and caring. Our experience has been amazing!

I found Dean Cosmetic Dentistry on google and I have never been happier with a dentist. Dr Dean and his staff are absolutely amazing!! Everyone is super friendly. Dr Dean fixed a tooth of mine that I was not happy with. He gave me my smile back! ? Thank you Dr Dean & staff!!!

Dr. Dean and his staff are hands down amazing. I wouldn’t trust my dental health with anyone else. Words cannot express the type of experience you will have at this office. The dentist the staff, top of the line equipment that make your visit actually enjoyable and relaxing.

This Dentistry Center surpasses all expectations! When my crown fell out unexpectedly, I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment within 2 hours of when I called even though I was a new patient!. Karen really makes things happen for emergency appointments! She explains everything that you need to know, gets the paperwork to you, is totally reassuring and handles all of the billing accurately.The dental hygienist quickly took all needed xrays and pictures and answered a lot of my questions. She also worked me in fora cleaning on the same appointment and does a great job at that!She also took the time to clean my biteguard, give me a flouridetreatment, arrange all future appointments, and tell me aboutdental products available.I can't say enough about Dr. Dean!!! He is such an expert at whathe does! He has a great bed-side manner and makes you feeltotally comfortable about all of the decisions for your teeth andgums. I had fully expected to have to replace the crown; however, Dr. Dean was able to re-cement the old crown within10 minutes! Even though he was exceptionally busy with otherpatients that morning, he worked me in with a full-scale dentalevaluation and took care of absolutely everything that I needed.He took the time to answer all of my questions and to give meother referrals. He has phenomenal knowledge in his field! Heis most reassuring and tells you everything that you need to know in order to make decisions about your dental care His office has the most updated equipment and technology that Ihave ever seen anywhere!IF YOU WANT THE VERY BEST QUALITY OF DENTAL CARE, SEARCH NO FURTHER THAN DEAN COSMETIC DENTISTRYCENTER!!!

Incredible Dentist!!I just got back from Dean's Dental Office and such a top of the line office! Everything about their office is top notch! From the dentist, the dental staff, the state of the art equipment they have, INCREDIBLE!! The average dental trip I know is not something that people have a tendency to rave about, but this dental facility is not your typical facility at all!! Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a dentist!!
