De Leon's auto repair did an excellent job on my car not only did he replace my Alternator and my belts but tested my battery to confirm AAA battery was at fault. AAA batteries have been dying on me for 3 years and they kept saying it was my Alternator and not their own batteries. They tried to charge AAA battery and couldn't get it past 80% full charge. AAA finally giving me full refund. They also had everything done in 2 hours! Wow! they are now my repair shop for years to come.

I have used them many times before but a new guy worked on my truck the last time. I took it in for a full inspection and have the starter replaced. I have had to do quite a bit of work to this truck even after being told everything was perfect. I paid for a new starter and found out they never replaced the starter. I had to take the truck back just one day the "repairs" were done because they flooded the motor. I will never use them again nor will i recommend anybody to go to De Leon shop.Service: Engine repair

I don't believe I've ever found more caring mechanics in this area than Nestor and his crew. My parents had met Nestor and they told him about my car issues. And it was a big project. They tackled my car with the greatest care and concern that I've ever seen from any other mechanics I've worked with. Nestor was constantly in contact with me throughout the whole time, and answered any questions/concerns I had. He was also aware that I had a budget and would let me know right away if something were to cost too much and would offer me options. A week or so after my car was finished, I had a leaking problem. Called Nestor, and I brought it to him as soon as possible. He fixed it with no complaints and triple checked that the car was good to drive before giving me the keys.

I went to De Leon's Auto repair because my mom's car was crashed and need to be fixed. The owner is so friendly and sweet. He did care your feeling and will help you to solve all problem. I can tell you he is professional and he has a good team in the repair shop. If you want to fix your car, highly recommend to go to here to get it fixed. You will satisfy their car service and the owner is down to earth and has a care heart to his customers.

A friend had recommended this place to me a while back and I was hesitant at first because of the initial appearance of it. But Lionel was extremely accommodating to my limited price range and was as interested in finding the cheapest option to fix my car as I was! I went there for a wheel bearing problem and they definitely tried to work with me as much as they could. I have an inherent distrust for mechanics (first as a girl and second as a girl who knows nothing about cars! lol) so I'm glad to say that I have found a mechanic to go to while I'm in Knoxville (:

The transmission in my car started slipping a few months ago and I visited several shops for a quote. De Leon had the best price by far! I wasn't completely sure at first but they said they guarantee all their work so I went ahead and got it done. My car is still shifting smooth today so I'm very happy and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get auto work done for a great price.

The first time I took a car here it was for a timing belt and water pump replacement because I shopped around and they had the (significantly) best price. Now I've used them for several times and have always been very pleased with the service. Very fast, professional, and affordable. Highly recommend!
