Dave is a very highly knowledgeable mechanic and I would recommend him to anyone in need of auto repair. He is happy to explain any issues he sees to you and is transparent about how best to fix them. His fees are very fair, especially considering his expertise in the auto industry as a former Ford engineer. He was able to easily diagnose and repair a coolant leak in my 86 dodge pickup as well as address several issues with the vacuum lines. I will definitely be calling Dave for future repairs and you should too.

I called this mechanic yesterday and he was very short and cranky with me on the phone. Acted like he didn't want to help me at all. We are less than 4 minutes away from his business and he says he didn't have a clue where we were and he wouldn't even look at our car. I would give him zero stars if i could. He can't tell me he doesn't know where whittle springs golf course is. When his business is 4 miles away from it. Maybe he was rude cause he wasn't dealing with my husband. Thanks but no thanks. He’s amazing and great at what he does! Stays booked all the time luckily I got in on a cancelation. Diagnosed issues really fast. He did the work in a neat and timely manner. Very personable highly recommended.

My Honda Odyssey's alternator stopped charging on my way to work. I texted Dave's Mobile Mechanic and explained my situation. Dave came to my workplace, replaced my alternator, charged my battery, all this during my workday. I found Dave Mobile Mechanic on google search. Let me say Thank God I did. My car was experiencing some unexpected issues with a/c and signal lights not working after a tow company not affiliated with Dave gave my car a boost for a dead battery. After checking all the fuses, Dave researched possible causes for this. Dave found the information necessary to fix the problem. And just like that I drove off with a/c blowing cold air in my face with a 91 degrees in TN. Dave was professional and was easy to talk to. The price was affordable as well. Let's just say I found a new friend in Knoxville,TN. Dave, thank you so much for all your time and effort to fixing my car.
