We came to the pharmacy on 2/28 due to my son having an ear infection in both ears. The doctor gave us a 10 day dose of amoxicillin to help fix this issue. After the second day the bottle seem very low but we continued to use it. The medicine was out after the 7th day. The infection came back this past week and we had to return to the doctor for a second time to get a higher level of anti-biotics. We came back to this CVS because of the location to my home and I wanted to see if they would try to fix the wrong from the 1st time. I tried to ask the tech about this issue from round of ant-biotics and she had a no care attitude about it. I was treated like it was I did not know what I was talking about and this in no way was the pharmacies' fault the medicine did not last for the full 10 days. The pharmacist came over and just asked if my son was still on the amoxicillin and when I told her no she said this will be ok to take and last the full days. Just the most no care attitude about a mistake they made no resolution offered to fix this. I am just upset because the one that suffers due to their negligence is my 1 year old son. My son has had an ear infection in both of his ears for 2 weeks now. We will not be back but I wanted other people to hear this story to help with their decision about who they chose to be their pharmacy.

This was the cleanest and most organized CVS I’ve been in. Customer service was outstanding and they were so very helpful!! All other stores could learn from the way this store manager runs this store!! Highly recommend this location!

Pharmacy here in the evenings and nights can be so bad sometimes. Just sat in the drive through for 10-15 minutes then get to the window and the pharmacist saw me, Scoffed, then tried hide. Literally she wasn’t even doing anything she was legit hiding, then would help the one person that came to the counter inside. Sat there for another 15-20 minutes before I gave up. I couldn’t really walk all that well or I would have gone in.What really infuriates me is the fact that my insurance dictates that I have to go to this location.

My doctor called in a very important prescription hours ago and they hadn't even started on it. Even said the name was wrong and it wasn't wrong from my doctor. Had to wait a long time. Ridiculous! And then said they didn't take our insurance which is one of the largest insurance companies. Ridiculous. we will never go there again!!!!

We had medication called in for my daughter who has RSV and an ear infection . My daughters father came to pick it up and he payed $36 for the medication for the breathing treatment . I get a call 20 minutes after he had left the pharmacy saying that they did NOT give him the medication for the breathing treatment. I called him to ask where he was and he was already to far gone. Mind you he lives in Harriman . So when I called they did absolutely NOTHING to help us . They refused to refund it unless he turned around and drove back there in person . They also refused to transfer it to a closer pharmacy in Roan County stating it to be payed for already . This is my daughters health that we are talking about and they just dismissed it ! This is absolutely unacceptable!

I just moved to Knoxville from GA 3 months ago and this is my local CVS. I’ve been in several times to pick up photos. And I had a really hard time finding the vitamin E oil in stock several times I was in the store so I filled out the survey for one of the times I picked up photos, the staff has all been great from the older ladies at the register to the pharmacist coming out trying to help find it. Telling me they recently did a store reset, and maybe it’s been removed and there is other kinds in skin care so I got the CVS brand which is not the same but it’s OK, so the staff is definitely A+ in my experience so far. BUT a let me tell you, as soon as I did the survey the GM, Angie!! ☺️ instantly emailed me saying she totally has that oil and will set that aside for me, I emailed back saying I would have to wait for another coupon to come through email and she is so thoughtful and all her staff has been great. Literally 3 WEEKS later I went in to pick up photos and use a 25% coupon and still couldn’t find that oil on the shelf and Brad was putting stock away, he was super helpful and looked all over then found Angie up front for me, she totally remembered me. And reached behind her and on the shelf behind the register she STILL had saved me the bottle of oil. WOW Right!! All this time!? that’s amazingly thoughtful for sure!!So please DO give this CVS a chance because Angie is working VERY hard to make this store Great considering this is the ONLY. 24 hour drugstore around that’s a BIG DEAL! And a lot to manage. And they can only get better with critical feedback, so filling out the survey on your receipt does make a big difference for change. Just be specific and USEFUL with the information your providing when giving reviews friends ?

They have a new girl working up front and she is just nasty. I have two extra care accounts and she made me feel like I was stealing for trying to use them on different transactions. I also had a pick up a order, showed my Id and she made me find the email with the order number before she would let me leave with my order. Which she already had in hand. I use to shop there weekly, I dont think I will be back. There are other locations with way better service.

Pharmacist I spoke with seemed unhinged, and I’d never go here if my insurance didn’t require it. They lied about medicine availability after I saw it in person. It was a wild experience that CVS and the licensing board will have to follow up on themselves.

So, I came here to get my medicine I was speaking tonight with a woman that was the pharmacist for the night. When I told her the name of the medicine I needed refill she told me to go away so she can fill it. I wasn’t even being annoying or anything. That’s very unprofessional and I won’t be back. But I don’t think she should get fired but I definitely think management needs to have a talk with her. Because to say that to a customer is uncalled for.

CVS gives you coupons on stuff I will never buy which made me switch to Walgreens where I do get discounts on things I buy.

Mollie the overnight pharmacist is AMAZING!! She was alone, she never seemed flustered, was kind and compassionate, she provided information and instructions. They should be so incredibly happy to have someone as capable and passionate about her work. I am really only reviewing pharmacy. Mollie was so awesome I felt compelled to write a review on her.

We always get great service. The pharmacy drive-thru stays backed up and not because the workers are slow they are always fast pace. Every interaction with staff has been pleasant.
