This CVS Location is great for students, and their visiting families, at the University of Tennessee. It is connected to my daughter’s apartment complex which makes it a great location to grab items that she needs.

I miss the CVS that was closed to open this one and it’s clear that this was designed solely for the use of people on campus. The store is nice, but the tiny section of parking garage dedicated for it is poorly lit and the entrance extremely inconvenient as you can only enter and exit while going west. Due to the proximity of the traffic lights, there is a good chance you will be inconvenienced one way or another. I probably won’t be back unless I’m desperate.

I will say that the store looks nice and new and seemed to have a nice selection, but the pharmacy staff leaves something to be desired. I received information from my benefits department advising that I can obtain up to 8 free at-home COVID test/mo. in store through CVS Caremark locations (and only CVS Caremark locations). Other locations would require reimbursement methods. The benefits stated: "Show your CVS Caremark card at the pharmacy counter. The pharmacist can “fill” the test through your pharmacy benefit. There should be no cost to you." The pharmacist flat out refused to help me and told me I had to go purchase and file for reimbursement. I explained that the information I was given was in direct conflict of what she was saying and was the whole reason I was specifically at a CVS Caremark location (as it was not the most convenient for me). Apparently, that didn't matter and she wouldn't help me. Will not revisit this pharmacy and definitely will not fill any prescriptions there in the future either.

They literally have the freshest sour patch kids in town. I will be there every day just for my sour patch kids fix. I haven't seen such a large and beautiful cvs since I was in California, and the sour patch kids I bought there were awful.

I want to give a big thank you to the pharmacy associates at CVS in Knoxville TN these ladies made it possible for me to use GoodRx so I could get Winchester’s (my Dog) Xarelto to give him a shot at living❤️ ??❤️ ??❤️

This CVS has everything you can possibly need in a pinch. The store is very organized and clean. Loved it here
