If I could give this review a zero I would! Never had an issue with other locations. I was not satisfied with my visit. I did not like how I was chastised by Anna or Ana the manager for throwing away "some"amount of trash in the bathroom. She was very condescending in the way she spoke to me so I did not spend my money here. I am not your child and I felt disrespected by Anna. If they want to avoid this kind of issue to put the trash bin in a visible area and not hidden away in some corner outside. I will let my friends and family know about this location. I really hope a higher management sees this and fix this issue.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. They don't answer the phone, never open on time, and staff is very rude.

Went to get a passport photo today. Did not know I couldn’t wear white. Tried to explain this was my only day off. Manager snapped at me saying it wasn’t her fault. I responded I didn’t say it was and she said in a threatening demeanor that I would not talk to her like that in front of her workers or customers. I responded, I did not appreciate being interrupted and she would not talk to me that way, disrespectfully. She had a threatening demeanor and said I needed to leave. She was also suspiciously eying my purse. Called to file a complaint with corporate and am leaving this review. Avoid if possible.

I was just at this location and the pharmacist was working hard and very impressively taking orders 2 at a time while making it look easy. She's always been so kind to me. When I have to go to the pharmacy I'm not always feeling my best, obviously. She's never held it against me or treated me like anything less than a king here even when I haven't been feeling well and may have been less than pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't want to go to another pharmacist ever.

Kathy and Angie need to go back to this CVS. Ever since they left the store is not the same. I don't even know who the pharmacist is. There is no one like Kathy to explain everything to you. She and Angie were so friendly and they knew all of their customers.I was told that they transferred to another pharmacy. Anyone out there knows where they are?

Awful pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Rocky Hill is not in the sticks. Anyone could throw a rock and find another better pharmacy, as I will be doing going forward.

Tried to go through the drive through the other day and it was closed…due to “short staffing.” I walked in and there was a pharmacist and 2 techs working behind the counter. Uh, that is what they’ve had in the past with the drive through open. I made the comment that there were 3 working the pharmacy so why was the drive through closed. Their response was a grin with no eye contact!This past Saturday or Sunday…not absolutely certain, the only person working was the pharmacist.You cannot reach the pharmacy via phone. I called around 4:50 pm and was on hold for 11 mins 37 seconds, finally hung up. Called again at 5:52 pm and was on hold for 18 mins 7 seconds, hung up again. Total, that’s almost 30 minutes.Part of their problem is poor pharmacy management or lack there of! And lack of staff.Sad sad situation. Maybe it’s time to find another pharmacy away from Rocky Hill.

Had something scheduled here and because of the weather I was going to call and cancel and someone keeps picking up and hanging up the phone multiple times. If u hate ur job I get it but don't take it out on us.

They never have your prescriptions ready when they say they will be. I always call the night before to make sure they’ll be ready and they never are the following day. The line is also always long and moves painfully slow. We moved to the Northshore / Pellissippi location.
