Started using this CVS after moving a year ago and I’ve had enough of this location. Kevin is the pharmacist and he conducts himself as if he’s the most amazing person in the whole company (CVS). He has the attitude that he is doing people a favor by filling prescriptions that are brought to his location. Customers bring business to his store and instead of treating them as valued clients by thanking them for their patronage and apologizing when they’re behind or when they make a error he gets aggressive and says “I run the best pharmacy in the state and if you don’t like how things are done here go somewhere else “ for the last year i have tolerated many extra trips because of prescriptions not being ready or late prescriptions or prescriptions that don’t have the proper number of pills and this store is far worse than every other pharmacy that we’ve used for the past 40 years. This pharmacist should learn to treat the people who pay him as valued customers instead of his “god complex” that he currently embraces. Until something changes at this location anyone wanting good customer relations should find another pharmacy.

I had a fantastic experience at my local CVS Pharmacy today. Kevin and Danielle especially were both extremely helpful and personable, and they made sure I got everything I needed in a prompt and professional manner. kevin went above and beyond to help locate a medication that was out of stock, and danielle provided a wealth of knowledge about prescriptions in general. they were both patient and attentive, and I left the pharmacy feeling appreciated. I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy and I would especially like to thank Kevin and Danielle for their terrific service!

this CVS pharmacy consistently earns five stars in my book. the staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The store is well stocked, clean, and organized, making shopping a breeze. whether it's prescription refills or everyday essentials. CVS delivers a top notch experience.

Every person in this pharmacy is always so sweet and so helpful, I’ve watched other interactions with other people as well and they’re consistently involved and helpful towards everyone. Kevin, Nicole & Sherry are a tremendous part of making everyone’s experience pleasant. They fix any issues I’ve ever had and they’re so in touch with their customers. I switched pharmacies a little over a year ago and I’ve never had a bad visit. Thank you guys for doing your job so well and caring so much!

This is the only pharmacy our family uses. The staff has learned our faces, and some even know us by our names. When my young daughter had to have surgery, there was an issue with the medication that was called in. Kevin went above and beyond, contacting the doctor's office on our behalf when we weren't getting anywhere. Even our dog gets excited when you say "pharmacy" because she knows she's going for a ride where she'll get some attention and biscuits. Thank you to Kevin, Danielle, and all the Techs for great care for our whole family.

All of the staff were very helpful, and i got my prescription quick. But in my opinion, the most helpful worker was Kevin. He explained how everything worked, he explained the prescription to me, and I'm a little bit slow, but he made it crystal clear. I definitely recommend going! :)

Kevin the pharmacist is disgustingly unprofessional. Only acknowledges the men that approach the counter, harasses and distracts the female pharmacy workers who are actually trying to do their jobs, shouts personal patient information in the direction of the drive thru instead of going to the window to discuss privately, and even made inappropriate comments about a female coworker's mother at full yelling volume in front of every customer waiting for assistance. The other workers and customers were visibly uncomfortable. He couldn't even be bothered to look up for a full minute from the football game he was boasting about watching on his phone. I'm horrified to think this man is in charge of anyone's medications, let alone everyone who gets their prescriptions filled there. I admit I originally didn't even realize he was more than an intern due to his behavior until I saw his picture on the wall. I'd definitely recommend going to a different pharmacy that cares who they put in charge. Other pharmacy workers there were obviously irritated with his behavior but seemed to be used to it, they were very helpful and kind.

This location has the most garbage employees in the pharmacy. I go to a location 15 miles away to avoid these people. Literally the worst every single time. I am actually in the process of just moving everything to Walgreens across the street so I can avoid them altogether.

This CVS is so slow and they will always have some type of reason for the delay. If you can find another pharmacy please do so. Your time is valuable just like everyone else.

Great CVS store! The lady at the pharmacy drive-thru was so friendly and helpful. I even had a pretty rare prescription which they didn't even have to order! It was already on hand as well as the three other, more common drugs. They text you when it's ready and you can even make changes or upload pics of your insurance cards through a text link. SUPER convenient experience at most all CVS stores. I came to this location because the one on Western no longer has a pharmacy. Thanks CVS!

Been sitting here for 15 minutes waiting to pull up to the window. One car literally sat at the window for 15 minutes before I was able to move up with a bunch of cars behind me. Yall either need a 2nd pick up on the drive thru or make it a 3 minute time limit for everyone behind

On two separate occasions, the electronic script system used by this CVS has created failures to deliver medication on time. Today was especially irritating, as it was a post-op script for pain medication. Thanks to their incompetence, I get to enjoy my first night after oral surgery without anything to manage the discomfort. Take your business somewhere competent.
