I receive five dollars off purchases periodically. I add it to my card, purchase what I need in the store, and at the cash register they take $5 off. Quick and easy. Can't beat that!

THIS LOCATION IS GOING TO MAKE ME LOSE MY MIND!!!! THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, WASTING MY LIFE!!!! THEY NEVER FILL RX AND NEVER ANSWER!!!When they do answer the phone, they're going to give you immense attitude and make it incredibly difficult for you. These people are not civilized. They don't belong in society.Nothing better I simplifies the failed state of America than the absolute hell hole that this CVS is. Absolute joke of a store.

Pack a lunch bc if your are getting anything thru pharmacy you will be here a while. Slow as watching paint dry. They desperately need more ppl working. Understaffed for sure!!

I used to use this location as a drop off for my UPS packages. I had anywhere from 1-15 packages to drop off here every other day, as there are no UPS stores close to me. Then all of a sudden one of the managers told me they made a new rule saying that there could only be 3 packages dropped off by one person at a time. She tried to claim a local manager made this call, but when I asked specifics, she admitted it was the UPS driver who was complaining about package pickup. I don’t appreciate being given the run around, especially when I have been using their services for quite a while. I’ve attached a photo of the shelf with plenty of spaces for packages. I don’t recommend this location at all, and I don’t appreciate excuses for people not wanting to do their jobs. I will be contacting UPS to see whether their agreement with CVS allows for these types of “restrictions”. Update: imagine having such poor customer service that you have to post notices like this.

Wife made a Covid test appointment on line and went in and they said their system was down. Wife showed them her confirmation and they said they still wouldn’t give her the test. Very rude and unhelpful at this location.

I’ve been on hold for 1:41 minutes so far for the pharmacy. They open at 9am and I have called multiple times from multiple phones. They haven’t answered a single phone call. I can’t even get through to ask them to fill a prescription. What am I supposed to do drive down there, ask them to fill the prescription, be told it’ll be a minimum of an hour before it’ll be ready? I don’t drive I have to take an Uber like a lot of people with medical problems do!! Ridiculous!!
