THIS LOCATION IS GOING TO MAKE ME LOSE MY MIND!!!! THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, WASTING MY LIFE!!!! THEY NEVER FILL RX AND NEVER ANSWER!!!When they do answer the phone, they're going to give you immense attitude and make it incredibly difficult for you. These people are not civilized. They don't belong in society.Nothing better I simplifies the failed state of America than the absolute hell hole that this CVS is. Absolute joke of a store.

I receive five dollars off purchases periodically. I add it to my card, purchase what I need in the store, and at the cash register they take $5 off. Quick and easy. Can't beat that!

Pack a lunch bc if your are getting anything thru pharmacy you will be here a while. Slow as watching paint dry. They desperately need more ppl working. Understaffed for sure!!

I used to use this location as a drop off for my UPS packages. I had anywhere from 1-15 packages to drop off here every other day, as there are no UPS stores close to me. Then all of a sudden one of the managers told me they made a new rule saying that there could only be 3 packages dropped off by one person at a time. She tried to claim a local manager made this call, but when I asked specifics, she admitted it was the UPS driver who was complaining about package pickup. I don’t appreciate being given the run around, especially when I have been using their services for quite a while. I’ve attached a photo of the shelf with plenty of spaces for packages. I don’t recommend this location at all, and I don’t appreciate excuses for people not wanting to do their jobs. I will be contacting UPS to see whether their agreement with CVS allows for these types of “restrictions”. Update: imagine having such poor customer service that you have to post notices like this.

I went in for a very quick return and greeted the cashier. The cashier was rude as hell. She barely spoke and I couldn’t actually figure if she was waiting on me or what. I stood there for a minute to understand if we were done and she just turned her back. I tried to get confirmation and she grunted without looking back at me. Total loser.

Wife made a Covid test appointment on line and went in and they said their system was down. Wife showed them her confirmation and they said they still wouldn’t give her the test. Very rude and unhelpful at this location.

I’ve been on hold for 1:41 minutes so far for the pharmacy. They open at 9am and I have called multiple times from multiple phones. They haven’t answered a single phone call. I can’t even get through to ask them to fill a prescription. What am I supposed to do drive down there, ask them to fill the prescription, be told it’ll be a minimum of an hour before it’ll be ready? I don’t drive I have to take an Uber like a lot of people with medical problems do!! Ridiculous!!

Bathrooms are closed to the public and to customers. On the last leg of a road trip and I needed some dog food. Stopped in real quick and the only available full grown dog food was wet food. After paying I went outside and fed my dog. Went inside to ask if there was a bathroom to wash my hands and clean out my dogs bowl. The best I could do was use a water fountain in the back area next to both bathrooms...I was escorted to the water fountain and was monitored the whole time. I didn't realize there was a Walgreens and Kroger right there so I advise anyone to go there instead.

I love CVS... But this location is Horrible!!!!! S.M.D.H The pharmacy and particular... They will Raze There VOICE at YOU!!! HANG UP ON you!!! Don't care if it might be a life-and-death situation and you need that medication that Day!!!! But I would rather DIE than put up with customer service like THAT! Very bad Customer Service!!!! and Employees they are flat out Disrespectful and Rude!!! S.M.D.H Be Very careful if you go to that pharmacy!!! you might Have staff get Aggressive with you... Who knows how that might turn out.. I say avoided it at all Cost!

I have JUST had the worst experience in my life with a CVS, PHARMACY!!! SOME OF THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THE PHARMACY TODAY ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER IN MY LIFE GOING TO the Ashville hiway STORE #6355 Again! Wouldn't Recommend This STORE!

Beware! Switch pharmacy. Techs are very rude and disrespectful. Their actions towards (customers) is horrible. A tech called a customer a stupid bit*h and also flipped me off. Cvs owner at this location better start paying attention to who they hire. These techs are the face of the company and if they are running customers off, then I guess you deserve to lose business. One tech in particular needs to be fired for her actions

Restrooms closed and would not let patrons use. Said they were out of order and that employees had to go across the street to Kroger to use. Lost my business CVS.
