Just scheduled a storage unit for the second consecutive Summer. Had the same person, Christy help me. She was awesome last year at start-up and at move-out at the end of Summer, and awesome just now setting up the new rental. Very nice, personable, and professional. I neglected to leave a review last year, and want to make sure I don't forget this year! And the facility is excellent, super clean and easy to navigate; hence, our reason to return this Summer. (We rent an indoor unit.) Highly recommend!

No problems with my unit. Had it since 2017 but it was time to clean it out. Price had increased from roughly $175 to $346 for large climate controlled unit.

I have enjoyed working with the woman at the Sutherland office. I frequently paid in person and she was consistently friendly and helpful. Even when a random driver crashed through her car and then into the office she remained calm, amazing! (I'm surprised the repair has not been completed yet). I would recommend this business based on my interaction with her. The storage area is clean, well lit, etc as are other comparable sites.

We have used Storage Rentals of America for several years now and have been very happy with the experience! Kristie, the property manager, is awesome! Really keeps an eye on things and has helped us out numerous times. Highly recommend this storage facility!

Omg Christy the property manager is Amazing!!! I have been a customer for a while and the prices have went up but I have stayed because she is simply amazing. She can answer every question and concern properly and communicates great. Property is nice and clean. She is also great at sales on merch and etc. A all around great property because of Christy. ?

MS. KRISTY is the absolute best. So kind and kelpful. Moving is such a a stressful time in anyones life and I felt so comfortable to leave my things in their care. An absolute pleasure working with her. If you're considering getting a unit Kristy is your girl!!

We needed to park our small camper for a week in the Knoxville area. After calling around we ended up at SRoA on Sutherland which turned out to be a great choice. Kristi was so sweet and a joy to visit with while she set up our stay. One week later I picked up my camper without a scratch on her. I would definitely return next time I find myself needing storage in Knoxville.

This is a fantastic facility. Its location is easy to access, and the property is well-maintained. However, it's the property manager, Kristi Hodge, that makes this facility what it is. She responds quickly and worked to find solutions to ensure my needs were met. I highly recommend.
