The vase was lovely with beautiful flowers. They were varied and the vase was so full. It really picked me up, and I am still enjoying them at home now. Crouch's Florist has always had a wonderful reputation, and my family and I have used them for years.

I called and placed a blind order for some flowers for my sister's birthday. They were happy to put something together in the colors I requested and in the budget I needed. They were helpful and courteous. The delivery of the arrangement was perfect. I usually use a different florist but I'm happy Crouch could help and I'll definitely be using them again!!!

I live out of town and blindly chose Crouch Florist because they could do same day delivery. The flowers were BETTER than expected and absolutely gorgeous! I am SO happy that I chose them! I will continue to order from them when I need out of town needs!

I recently sent flowers via Crouch Florist to my best friend of 50 years -for her birthday. I live out of state but I wanted to order local because no one wants to get flowers delivered in a box! I’ve attached the photo she sent me - she said they were “the most beautiful flowers I have ever received!” I thought so too! Thank you Crouch Florist for making someone dear to me feel loved!

Very disappointed with what was delivered. I ordered a bouquet with daisies & white roses. Daisies are the April birth flower, not to mention there were daisy bouquet options on their website. What was delivered were chrysanthemum daisies not daisies. When i expressed my disappointment I was told via the manager telling the person the phone - well that’s all we had. Then I should have been told do that I could change my order. A few stems of mums and 3 roses rolled up with a ribbon. The flowers were not even intermingled in a bouquet format. . Something I could have bought at the grocery store & wrapped in tissue paper. This florist gas been in business for 30-40 years I expected much more. Communication and better presentation. I was asked how can fix it. I said nothing the special moment had passed. Can’t get that back. Will be looking for another local florist.
