Very nice people. However I specifically asked about the exhaust manifolds and exhaust system on the 2007 Toyota 4runner before I purchased and was told there were no issues with them. I finally got the ticking noise checked out and the manifold is cracked on the driver's side so I'm a little annoyed because they aren't cheap to replace. Also, come to find out the tail pipe is not even attached to the muffler (luckily that is something I can replace myself for a few hundred bucks). Again, overall very nice, helpful people but I can't help but feel a little misled.

Highly recommend purchasing a car from this business! The father/son owners are very polite and honest. They made the process very easy on my end and communicated well throughout my car shopping experience. The owners are good people who were very upfront about their best prices. Overall great place!

This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own and I have to say, I would do it again! They made the process so easy, they worked with my schedule and we’re totally honest and upfront. Furthermore, there was no pressure what so ever and they gave me so much more for my trade than anyone else. I would recommend shopping here!

Let me start by saying, I wish I could have given a higher score. Crossroads Motors did right by me! David, the owners son, greated me immediately upon arrival, took time to answer all my questions, looked me square in the eyes, and treated me with respect and true concern, even though I was wearing my overalls and pulled up in a nothin-so- special car.David let me test drive the truck I was interested in ...twice, as I wanted to have a mechanic friend look at it.When it came time to negotiate and crunch numbers he went above and beyond to make it happen. I know he could've sold it for more money to the next guy...but he bent over backwards to get me that truck.The paperwork took all of 5 minutes total, and he even transfered my plates and took care of all my related paperwork and title transfer. I never knew it could be this easy and pleasant to buy a vehicle.You could shop anywhere for a car, but noone will treat you better anywhere. Two thumbs up and many thanks. Fantastic experience. You guys give a used car sales establishment a great name. You should be proud. Thanks again!!!! Matt D.

Best car buying experience I’ve had! The father and son that run the lot were very pleasant to work with. I drove the vehicle I bought and decided a couple days later that it was the one I wanted to buy, but I couldn’t make it back there to get it for another week because of work. I gave them a down payment to hold it and they had it waiting for me a week later. I walked in and they had the paperwork ready for me. It took about 5 minutes and I was out the door. Hands down the most up front and sincere car lot I’ve delt with.

THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS A CROOK!!!! every vehicle I looked at had several issues and the owner is VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!! I REPEAT THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE!!!!! The owner wants you to pay for the vehicle before you test drive it!!!!!! He gets his vehicles detailed and smothers everything with coveral to hide leaks!!!! This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY AND I WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME GOING THERE!!!!!!!
