I called them at the last min and took one of my cats in to be checked, and asked about spaying her and told them that I had another stray, the ppl there were very nice and helpful and set up both surgeries for the next day, and now I can finally let them out without having any more babies..

Once upon a time it was a reputable vet hospital. I can't even describe the depth of my dissapointment. They don't really care about your beloved pets. All they care about is your money.

The Vets and staff at Crossings have been taking care of our furbabies for 23 years now and I wouldn't trust my furbabies to anyone else. Love them!

My cats did very good for the vet. They were quick and everything was reasonably priced. The staff was nice and the facility was clean and orderly. Not a bad place. Convenient location for us. Happy cats

I have been taking my pets to Crossing Animal Hospital for over 19 years. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. The front desk staff, clinical and Vets have always taken great care of my pets. I trust all the staff with my fur babies!

I have been going there for years. Started with Doctor Thomson and then Dr Bailey. Had a bad emergency with one of my cats and asked for them to help. What a joke! They told us they where to busy and we should take somewhere else. Needless to say I have not step foot in there since and will tell everyone to go elsewhere. Do not like the new owner at all.

What an amazing experience we had yesterday! It was our first time visiting the vet and we were not disappointed. From Lila, the receptionist, to Kathy, the Vet Assistant, to Dr. Steele, our new vet, we couldn’t have been treated any better. Dr. Steele was so thorough. Kathy was incredibly compassionate…. I own and operate a small business animal rescue and want to sing as many praises as I can for animal hospitals, because I know how hard they work. This, sadly, cannot be one of them for me.I brought a rescue cat in to be spayed. Upon arrival, they said the “appointment was not set up the correct way” (would this be a staffing issue instead of a customer issue?) and that she would not be getting altered that day. I decided to board her there for surgery until the next morning, because I did not have availability otherwise. I also explained that she had been examined already and received all of her vaccines minus one that was due. They called the other vet prior to that location opening, and I wanted to assume they would wait for that paperwork to see what the kitty did and didn’t need. They pushed and charged for vaccines without consulting myself or the other number on file, and also did not let us know what they were doing. We went in the dark without an update other to come pick the kitty up after her spay was complete the following evening. Upon finally getting to take the cat home, they slapped us with a $300 fee which included, of course, none other than the examinations and vaccines that she didn’t need. Staff also has the tendency to be rude, condescending, and snippy, which isn’t necessary. Again, I’ve never given an animal hospital a negative review, but it’s been a rough 18 hours getting care for one cat. I don’t plan to ever bring an animal back here nor would I recommend them to people who adopt from my agency — although I very much wish that I could.
