“Visited this location on February 16th, 2023 around 11 o'clock.The drive thru teller Donna is so nice and helpful. I was having a bad day and her uplifting spirit brighted it up. I wish other banks had tellers that truly love their job and the customers they service. Thanks Donna!!”

“I live in belize and have for 11 yrs now without ever leaving...I've Ben banking with UT and my family has since 1976......they have been tremendous, there have been tines I've become angry at them but it was always a misunderstanding which was cleared up. Any problems I have had which were actually with he debit card co and not them were cleared up in a tingly fashion. The only thing I would caution anyone about is the call center. If you have a serious problem then by pass them and go straight to the branch. The calll center staff can be extremely rude and won't give straight answers”
“When I first walked in Audrey was so nice and friendly. I felt instantly welcomed and then I met Priscilla who helped me secure my first auto loan. Priscilla was super nice, knowledgeable, answered ALL of my questions (I had many LOL) and I left feeling confident that I picked the right place and people to work with. HIGHLY recommend.”
“Laura Wright at CECU Fountain City was exceptional! I filled out an application for an auto loan, she quickly emailed me with a couple questions to get the application processed, and it was done! She was so very prompt with answering "ALL" of my "MANY" questions each and every one! She was very informative, kind, funny, and very professional. The process Laura took us through was so fast and efficient. We would not hesitate at all to go back for additional business through Laura. She was absolutely amazing!”
“Not sure what happened with the few negative reviews, but we have had nothing but top-notch, professional, and courteous experiences in the 9 months we have been using TN Connect. Always a person answers the phone promptly. Usually, that person knows the answer to your question. If not, transferring is quick.The branch manager Caroline at the Seymour branch and Sharon from the mortgage department are both awesome!Highly recommend.”

“Just joined today, don’t remember the teller who helped me was at Asheville hwy, but I’ve been banking various places for almost 20 years and I’ve never had a more pleasant experience in a bank. I showed up 10 minutes before close (felt terrible about that). But they helped me and stayed late etc to make sure we had our debit cards etc. couldn’t be happier with how this is beginning.”

We were unable to get a auto loan due to the age of the truck but instead got approved for a personal loan. “The teller today was so gracious. I needed a money order and to change my address. She made me feel as if I was the only customer in the bank. The bank was clean from glass to teller station and felt sanitary. I saw people come and go and without an obvious sign, tellers such as mine, needing an answer and some one magically appearing to support them. Thank you Tlr 2344 at Karns Branch.”
“I have banked at Enrichment for over 30 years. I have always had great service at the West branch on Kingston Pike and in more recent years at the Northshore location as well. Employees I have interacted with have always been knowledgeable, efficient and friendly yet professional. Over the years I've gravitated to on line banking and now enjoy remote deposit and mobile banking on my phone. Help has always been available through phone or messages on line. I love my line of credit that backs up my checking account so on the rare occasions that timing becomes an issue or I make a misstep, I can correct asap for very little interest so I never have a late fee. Thanks Enrichment for such great service and array of services.”
“Have had a savings account for years and have been very happy with them and all customer service I have received. In addition I received timely notices by text when there was suspected fraudulent activity on my debit card. It was reported and resolved in a timely manner. Very pleased with the Market Square office as that is where I have done most of my business.”
“I have been a long time member with ORNL and have held numerous loans with this small branch with no issues. The convinces of biweekly payments, transfers and bill pay made banking easy when the pandemic hit. I have had several fraud transactions over the years and instead of panicking I knew ORNL would have it resolved in less than 72 hours. I now take advantage of there text alerts for withdrawals as well as round up transfers!! Loose your card no problem walk into the branch and for a small fee you’ll have a new card. My 16 year old loves the scan check deposit simplicity! The staff even makes it a point to know me by my first name before I even give my account number which amazes me every time as I’m just a local nobody ! Most recently Alex Minton not only worked with me on one spur of the moment small loan but a second in less than a month. The process was completely seamless for what I was looking to do to. He explained my best options for the type of loan I was wanting even checked out both vehicles I was looking to buy and the businesses I was looking to buy from. Even though almost quitting time both times he was able to secure all the necessary documents and provide a check in less that 24 hours all the while being professional, courteous and being mindful of my time. If your wondering if this small branch will meet your needs the answer is “YES”!!”

“I have had a loan thru these ppl for 4 yrs & never had a problem until last week. I called them this a.m. to find out what the problem was. They xplained things clearly, corrected the issue & apologized 4 issue even tho',technically, IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. Terrific place 2 do business.”
